Fast delivery time and the tablet was in perfect condition. It was in customs for a week but that was not the fault of Importitall.

Thank you for the great service

At first, I was nervous because I hadn't used the site before. Knowing that the products I was buying were in the US, I decided to take a risk. However, what I loved about the whole experience was that I was kept up to date on the progress of my package, and the merchant was incredibly honest about the lead time. Thank you so much for the great service! I am definitely coming back for more

Dear Thuto

Our most sincere apologies, this order was delivered later then expected. As items come from the USA, we are sadly at the mercy of logistics and customs delays - but we always do our absolute best to mitigate the issues where we can.

We do hope to see you in the future again, so we can show you how orders are usually processed. In this case, we do apologize for the delays.

Kind Regards!

Great service

Great service, the company is reliable and I've received exactly what I ordered, and it's working perfectly fine, although im still not sure about the results I received. I'll still have to confirm with my gyne.

But overall I loved it ❀❀❀

Incorrect Item Delivered

Please note that I received my order today but it was not the item I had purchased. I dont know the description of the portrait you delivered today but it is not the one I purchased. The one that I ordered is as follows:
Framed Wall Art for Living Room, Cranes Canvas Prints.
I must indicate that the package did not come sealed, nor was it insulated, but it was intact and remains so.
My order number is: 248251
Please see to it that this is corrected. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,
