Can't believe the difference it's made in life to be able to hear TV at normal volume, to be able to have a conversation and never had to leave my house to achieve this, just today I had a service call out to fine tune my hearing aids and they even arranged it to be on my lunch break, great service and a really nice man called Declan helped sort everything out for me.
Really sorry I didn't get them sooner,

We had a great experience with this Company from start to finish. I simply filled in an enquiry form online for my Dad and was contacted the next day with an appointment. Gary called to the house and tested my Dad,went through everything with us, informed us about the grant and got him sorted with new hearing aids, came back with them today. He could hear better straight away, he is delighted. Gary was very patient,professional and friendly. 5 Stars

Had a problem with my aids. From time I reported same to time problem fixed , absolutely super service. My problem was explained in detail by services man. Told me about things to look out for and how to rectify. Super super service. Would have no problem recommending this company.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Independent Living and Hearing.
Gary called and did my test which was great being able to have it done in your own home. I had my Hearing Aids fitted less than 1 week later.
Gary was very professional and answered all of my questions. I will be recommending him and the company to my friends.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. The audiologist Blake was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different types of hearing aids available. Overall my experience was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I have given this company a 4-star rating, only because of the difficulties I initially experienced in getting a response to my phone calls, and scheduling home visits. That said, all three of the audiologists who ultimately assisted me with hearing tests and hearing aid fittings, were extremely professional and friendly. I would certainly recommend Independent Living and Hearing. Thank you to the team who assisted me.

My mother got a hearing aid from them and she wasn't happy with it, they had three different people out trying to convince her the hearing aids were fine. They said she could return if not happy for a full refund, but every time she tried to send back they said not to and they would send someone else out. In the end she had to get the solicitors involved to get her money back. Very shameful company taking advantage of elderly customers.

Having dealt with two other hearing aid companies - it was third time lucky to have found independent living & Hearing .
Recently I had difficulty with the aid, I thought I’d have to travel from Donegal to Dublin to have it repaired - after a phone call a representative was assigned to call to my home .
The representative that called was Joanne Mc Gee . Her customer service and Knowledge of the products was outstanding - her help and guidance was exceptional . After she replaced my hearing aid , she texted me that evening and next day to check on how I was doing . Joanne knew I was going to France for work ,a week later she texted me again to check on me . I had felt the volume could be better , as soon as I got home Joanne called to adjust the volumes for me , I could not get over this attention . I hope the company recognise her for the employee she is .

I am very pleased to say that my experience with Independent Living and Hearing has just been second to none.
When I first contacted the company I got a reply within days. I received a booking date for a home appointment which made all so convenient.
I had my hearing tested by a very helpful lady, Joanne Mc Gee, who could not have been more helpful to me, by explaining and advising on my needs.
I continued to order what I wanted. Joanne came back about a week after with my aids for fitting. I can't explain the benefits to my hearing ,my life this has made. I totally recommend this company for their follow up and their staff, especially Joanne, on their dedication to their clients.Extreamly in customer. Michael Doherty Donegal

Never Again
Independent Living & Hearing have no interest in its patient’s. Their only am is to extract money from vulnerable customers in my opinion. I was told I needed expensive hearing aids. I got a second test done elsewhere and found I had a calcified eardrum which needed to be operated on. No need for hearing aids

Please note I’ve never ever taken calcium tablets and it certainly was not discussed during my consultation. Fabrication of the truth. 😂

I had a great experience when joanne
tested my hearing and fitted me with hearing aids. I was very nervous but this lady put me at ease with her friendley banter.The hearing aids were small and discreet, now i feel i can again join in conversations and turn the TV down. They are the best.Thank you

Terrible product, even with an u-pgrade3 they still don't work properly

Not good,,, I Have had nothing but Trouble from day one. when i 1st got fitted in july I have had visits 3 times. I Decided to up grade to rechargeable ones!! that was a mistake?? they were worse. I am waiting on answer to return them
