I had a visit yesterday from your company. The audiologists name was Kevin. (I don't remember his surname) and he was accompanied by a lady called Lynne. They were extremely friendly and James was very professional in his delivery. He explained perfectly how the procedure would go and was extremely informative about hearing loss. I can't recommend this service enough and wished the country would take note of the efficiency of your company

Had martina for my testing and fitting.i fount Martina to be extremely good and helpful .Martina explained everything very well and took good time with me to explain how my new hearing aids work.i am very happy with my new hearing aids and the great service I have received.

I got my hearing aids fitted today and I'm absolutely delighted with the service from Independent living and hearing, Gary the audiologist was great at explaining everything about the fitting, setting up the app and he ensured the app and aids worked properly and that I knew what I was supposed to do with them. It's a fantastic service in your own home to firstly get your hearing tested and then have the audiologist return and fit the aids with such professionalism and knowledge.

First class service and follow up. Came to my house, tested my hearing, provided full and transparent information. Came to my house again with the hearing aids, adjusted them to ensure optimum functionality. Very happy with result. Far better than my previous aides. Then got follow up call to ensure I was satisfied. Couldn't ask for better.

Rebecca was great with my Father In Law Edward who's 89. Made everything so easy and friendly. Highly recommended.

Kevin and Rebecca from Idependent Living and Hearing, called to my house today to preform a hearing test. They couldn't have made me more happier than I was being able to hear the birds and wind chimes in my garden. Being able to hear the tv on a lower volume was unbelievable. I can't wait for my new hearing aids to be ready in the next week.

A most pleasant, efficient, swift , professional service.And all in the comfort of your own home. They gave plenty of time and information - no pressure. Highly recommended.

My 95 year old mother was dealt with by Sharon in her nursing home in Castleisland Sharon was so patient and so kind to her She was so professional and could not have been more helpful She explained the whole process to both myself and my mother Sharon is a credit to herself and the company she represents

Martina was very pleasant and really knew her stuff. She put me at ease and explained everything to me in a way that was easier to understand. Hearing test was painless and the demo aids were amazing.

Fairness and balance makes an edit imperative.I was contacted by the senior managers from this company soon after my review was published. They offered profuse apologies for the problems I had endured and Tim spent a long time on the phone with me, answering any questions and discussing possible options. I was offered hearing aids with a different technical design and I would have a few weeks to try them out. I had a problem with wax guards initially, and requested a visit from Marc. He arrived with a new version of the wax shields, which are proving most effective so far. I have to say that, since Emily and Tim were made aware of the problems I was having, their support and service was outstanding. Marc, of course, was his normal pleasant and efficient self , on his two visits. My whole experience, with this company, has changed completely , with the new hearing aids. I am delighted with the results so far, and very grateful to Emily and Tim for their support and expertise. A brilliant result after a very challenging start. My review shold be headed "When the going got tough they came up trumps"
Thank you once again. The value of true service only becomes apparent when we encounter bumps in the road !

RICHARD has been excellent at his job and he explained everything to me clearly. Thank you for everything.

Had my hearing tested last week with Richard and he returned today with my hearing aids. He was very clear explaining as we went through each section making sure i was comfortable and understood what was being said. I have no problem giving him 5 stars and will be telling anyone that has a problem to go give you a call.

I had a visit from Martina this morning, a follow up meeting. I am more than happy with my new hearing aids and the excellent service received.She has explained everything to me and assured me of a continuous service if required. I am more than happy with everything so far.

Just had a home visit from Kevin Clarke (Independent Living and Hearing LTD). He did a hearing test on us today. I would highly recommend him. A lovely gentleman, explained everything to us and answered all our questions.
