Good car hire experience
Very supportive team at the Edapally collection point led by their manager Jibin. Vehicle was very well maintained and ready for me to collect on arrival. Collecting and returning the vehicle was a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Planned trip had to be cancelled as the company said the car booked was not available. Will not use them again and will not recommend to any anyone as well. You are required to pay the whole amount in advance and only to know that the car is not available. The company also charges for the car to be delivered to or picked up from TRV Airport which is also ridiculous. They do not have enough choice for 7 or 8 seaters as well. Very very bad experience..
Great experience with IndusGo. Delivery and pickup was on time
Delivery and pickup was on time. Car was in very good condition. All the details regarding any dents or scratches were pre mentioned. Kms & fuel in tank was clearly mentioned and excess fuel while returning was also reimbursed. Delivery guy was good with us all the time and refund of deposit was provided in time.

This Indusgo is not a trust worthy company. I had booked a car for 3 days on payment of rs 13000/ for delivery at my door step. The car which was received had a very bad flat tyres and on the verge of breakdown and i refused to take delivery of the car. I cancelled the car straight away and have video recording of the car which was shared to the company and they were not ready to accept the tyre condition.
They have neither refunded the booking amount of rs 13000/- The booking ID is TNHD28469. Kindly call me for pictures of car tyres if any body doesnt trust this review.

REGRET TO INFORM THAT YOU HAVE DISAPPOINTED ME BY PROVIDING A BAD CAR WHICH HAS DONE 79000 KM, NO WHEEL ALIGNMENT, TYRES ARE BAD, CLUTCH IS BAD,AND REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.
I AM WITH INDUSGO ATLEAST FOR LAST 5 YEARS AND ALWAYS HAD BETTER CARS.
PLEASE REPLACE IMMEDIATELY.
OR RETURN THE CAR AND KEEP CREDIT FOR MY NEXT BOOKING.

bad refund and customer service
Had really bad experience.im tired making call to their customer service. i have spoken with customer service every time they add up all the bill amount and they say still 750 has to be returned and they say we will get back to you and no response from them. i'm following them since 45days still issue has been not resolved. but every time they are busy not picking up my call from registered mobile number. but as soon as i call from another number they are ready to response. worst customer service.

Worst experience with home delivery and pick up
Had the worst experience with Indusgo last week when I visited India for a short trip.
Though there is no visible scratch on the car, the guy came to pick up the car was pointing some scratches and getting into argument, then finally made me to lose my deposit. Though the indusgo official on the phone says couldn't see any scratch, the pick up guy was very adament and made sure I do not get any deposit back!
Seems to be home pick up and drop delivery service is very poorly designed, since when the car was delivered it has lot of scratches, on top of that the pick up guy was checking the car for scatches under mobile phone light which makes everything shining and shows up as scratch.

Cannot TRUST
After i evinced interest to rent a car, I received multiple phone calls and they were very nice. The rental process was good. When I returned, they showed me a small scratch. It was most probably with a key or something (maybe in while car was parked during the trip). They charged Rs.2000. I told them that this amount is too much. However since they are holding deposits they deducted the amount, despite my protests. Also for excess fuel left in the car, they didn’t give me correct refund. Trust is a major issue and holding deposit they try to fleece

Had a very bad experience with IndusGo. Hired a Swift automatic diesel for 4 days. Our plan had very minimal driving and as per plan returned the car at the mentioned time. The pickup driver showed one scratch and told there will be a fine of 1300 rupees for the same. When I checked the images that were shared, checklist photos shared with us clearly showed that scratch was there much earlier. When I raised this with the driver, he told nothing can be done and to do whatever I want to do. After a long struggle of asking him to reach out to his superior, he said they are not reachable. Later he spoke to them individually but still refused to allow me to speak to them. After much struggle, reached out to customer service who were initially very courteous and trying to support - however after speaking to the driver, he also resorted to the same tune. Basically since they have collected the caution deposit of 5000 in advance, customers are left with no option but to agree to whatever penalties these guys add on at the end of the trip to get some of our money back. And the pickup driver knowing very well that I had a flight to catch, told me I am free to go to police station or wherever as I wish. Am rating this car service 1 only because zero option is not there. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE FACED AND THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Please avoid this company

I rented car in Cochin
I rented car in Cochin. They delivered car with mechanical problems. They fixed the after five days. I request to refund rent worth lost days. But extended two days , so they owe me three days of rental fee They never refunded the money. Then they also have to return the deposit around 5000 rupees. They never returned , everytime I call them they just they will look into.

The INDUSGO scam
So there is a small little scam the INDUSGO website and owners do with you.
So what happened was I tried to book a car from Sunday morning 7am to Sunday evening 7pm and I took the option of fuel included. So a swift automatic with fuel for 120km came upto 3340 and for 60km it came upto 2610. So I chose the 120km option and during the check out it showed payment of 3340 + 5k security deposit which came up to 8340. And later I got a email of the booking details which because of my stupidity I did not check it properly( it mentioned 60km, request you to please check each and every detail while booking from them)
So I drove for the day and I travelled 100km. At the end of the trip the driver told me sir you have been charged and extra 754 rs from your security deposit directly for extra kms. I told him as you can see your website and my booking the cost was 3340 for 120km and that was what I paid. After that he told me to talk to customer care. I called customer care they dint pick up because it seems they don’t work after work after 7. So I called them next morning he told me sir that booking amount is with gst. So I rechecked and I found it that the Site doesn’t allow you to select the km. The rate is showed outside and you press book and you go to the payment page where it shows payment to be made ( which will be according to your desired Km and security deposit) so you feel you have booked your desired Km whereas it’s not the case. They later show it as gst excluded thats why it’s only the base 60km and you will be charged a lot more.
I paid 3340 + charged an extra 754 = 4114 approx. for a 12 our ride for 100km only.
Whereas if you go with any local renters or zoom car or revv they won’t do this scam and will be much cheaper than this.
FYI local car renter was charging me 1800 for the same car for the same time for 120km. (+ 3k deposit ) and i should have opted for that.
Anyways hope you don’t make the same mistake like me and opt for INDUSGO.

All in all, I cannot recommend the company enough and would definitely use it again.
I rented an automatic Wagonr for 8 days. The people who I spoke to on the phone to assist me in the booking proccess were incredibly well spoken, and helpful. The prices on offer were competitive and affordable when compared to Zoomcar and Revv.
The car was dropped off to my house at no additional cost, and the person who dropped of the car got in touch with me well before the drop off time.
The car was clean with no damage, in a very usable condition. It also came with a music system that had bluetooth which was very appreciated.
Before the pick up time, Indusgo called ahead to confirm the pick time, and the same person came to pick it up.
All in all, I cannot recommend the company enough and would definitely use it again.

Booked a Toyota Liva diesel manul car…
Booked a Toyota Liva diesel manul car from their Edappaly yard after reconfirming with the call center about the condition of the card and was assured that they do regular service and it is in good condtion . On reaching the yard at 0730AM was given an car with damaged bumpers ,full of dents and no side indicator. Lodged a complaint with their all center and was informed that there will be a call back which never happend ,refund request was also not approved . Finally after waiting for an hour at their filthy office with family was offered a swift petrol automatic and was forced to take it .Called their call center 6 times and recieved the same response ' will call back " their manager dosent handel customer calls and his number is not shared with the cutomer . The invoice the uploaded in my account didnt have the 28% tax they charged me and when is questioned it they said that they will mail it to me . The service was worst and the managment dosent care about their customers

First of all their delivery service is very bad . I got delayed by 1 hour for the delivery.
Second, their contact services are also poor.
I have spoken to them several times however till now my problem has not been resolved.
