The rented vehicle is very well. Excellent service and well maintaiee vehicle. The booking process was smooth and the staff was friendly and professional through out. The car was clean, comfortable, and delivered on time without any issues. I had a very good experience renting from this company.
Good Experience with some improvements needed
On Call availability: The representatives were always responsive. Answered multiple questions even before booking the car.
Booking Experience: Smooth
Car condition: Automatic Brezza. Clean, good for driving, no dents, few scratches. Could not speed more than 80kms/hr.
Milage given: Almost 15 kms/lit
Pick up and drop experience: Both pick up and drop were at Bengaluru airport. While picking the car the person was late by almost 2 hrs, while the person was available on time at drop.
Car handover experience: Ample time was given to note the car conditions and vitals like KMs/fuel level. They didn't tell me how to use the infotainment system. I couldn't figure it out myself midway since it was locked with a phone number. This made me use my mobile for google maps which was very inconvenient without the mobile holder. Also, they asked me to get the PUC done to avoid police penalty. Although it is called PUC in my state I realized after couple of hours that there is no shop saying 'PUC'. Then we started looking for alternate names like 'Emission'. Till we found one i.e. for three hours we were worried if get caught by police.
Hidden Charges: No, FastTag charges were normal, extra KMs were charged as mentioned during booking process
Invoicing and final billing: First they generated Invoice with an amount owed by me which was a little higher than my calculations. When I probed on some details, they sent me a new invoice with amount which was owed by them to me! They also returned the amount spent by me on PUC.
Overall experience: Good with some improvement needed
Will I do business with them again?: Absolutely
Will I recommend them to someone?: Yes

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional
We booked a Red Swift MT from IndusGo for 2.5 days in Varkala and this turned out to be one of the worst travel decisions we made.
They were very quick while taking the booking and charging extra ₹1200 for delivery from Thiruvananthapuram to Varkala. But right after payment, we started receiving random emails asking for additional payments of ₹470 and ₹780. When we called, they casually told us to ignore them. That was the first sign something was not right.
On Day 2, the car battery completely died and we were stranded for 3 hours in a city we were visiting for the first time. Instead of replacing the car when we clearly asked for it, they only sent a mechanic. The car started after hours of waiting, but we were expected to continue using the same unreliable vehicle.
On Day 3, it broke down again near South Cliff. We were stuck for another 5 hours. Almost 8 hours of our short trip were wasted because of their poorly maintained car. It was stressful, unsafe and completely avoidable.
To make things worse, their team kept transferring our calls between departments with no resolution. At one point, they stopped answering calls from my number. But when we called from another phone, they picked up immediately. That speaks for itself.
They claim to be one of the best car rental services in India. Our experience says otherwise. Please think twice before booking with them. If this review saves even one person from going through what we did, it is worth writing.

Extremely poor service – avoid at all costs
This was hands down one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I booked a car for a full month, well in advance, with a clear requirement that the car must be in good condition and delivered at Bangalore Airport, as I was returning from the Netherlands.
After landing at the airport, there was no proper customer care number to contact. Calls were not answered at all in the morning. I waited for nearly 3 hours before a car finally arrived — and it was in an absolutely unacceptable condition. The interior was filthy, covered in mud and dust, and clearly not cleaned at all. I immediately refused to take it.
I was then promised a replacement car at my home later that day. The second car that arrived which was only 2% better than the first one still dirty inside, dusty, muddy, full of dents, and to make matters worse, the rear lights were broken. When I asked them to clean the vehicle, the staff casually said I could clean it myself and claim ₹500, which is ridiculous.
I had already paid the full amount in advance. When I refused to accept this second unsafe and dirty car, the staff became rude and aggressive and clearly said:
“This is what you get. If you don’t take the car, your refund will be zero.”
They outright threatened me with no refund, trying to force me to accept a substandard and unsafe vehicle. This is nothing short of customer harassment.
I cannot speak for other cities, but in Bangalore, this service is absolutely terrible. As a local Bangalorean, I still felt completely helpless that day. Imagine how difficult it would be for someone from another city, especially when customer care does not respond at all.
Poor vehicle quality, no accountability, rude staff, and unethical refund practices.
Strongly NOT recommended. Save your money and your peace of mind.

One pickup at the airport not successful due to an erroneous telephone number. The other with slight delay. Communication quite good, sometimes with delays. I'm from Itay, one of the rare foreigners that self drive in India. Some 30.000km in six journeys without a single accident.
Indusgo is a good rental company. Reliable and trustworthy. I hate the imposed 80 km/h limit (of tachimeter, effective 74 km/h, tested with GPS) for self drive rental cars, it's ok in the urban areas, but on highways is frustrating and time consuming.

One of the worst experiences I ever had with a rental and that too very overpriced!
The rental car given to me had a big-ass logo of the IndusGo spanning both the car doors that looked rather like a circus ad vehicle than a personal rental one.
When asked for a change in vehicle, the customer care promised to change and made us wait for 1 hr promising call backs and updates.
After losing patience, customer care started ghosting our calls and the on-site reps were helpless to do anything.
We cancelled the car and lost everything we paid for the overpriced rental for no fault of our own.
Please consider yourself warned and run as far away a in the opposite direction

please do not book with Indusgo, they seems to be a cheat. i booked a car for a month, paid 47k INR after speaking to Tony in Indusgo.now they not picking my number or replying my measages on Whatsapp, i can see they are reading my messages. i am going to report to police. Please stay away from them

Very poor service. The vehicle booked didn’t reach on time and no refund was given. Also prior deposit refund was not settled more than 45 days.

One of the best rental i have used in…
One of the best rental i have used in Bengaluru. I have booked thrice with them, and each time the car was in a really well maintained condition, had no issues throughout the trip. I usually get my refund widin 24-36hours. (Try paying the deposit amount wid UPI only*). Overall good experience, no hiccups so far. Will surely rent from them again!
