Initially we booked Royal Enfield bike for 100 km however we travelled 20km from my residence in sunny day to collect the bike from their yard. They denied my booking saying the booking is void as it was already allocated to other rider. I spoke to customer care to allocate another bike for me, but they denied by saying they are not having any other bikes available. They are ready to refund the amount I paid. I asked them to refund my travelling charges but they denied to pay. I'm really lost in afternoon. I recommend to not to use this site for bookings.

Everything worked as planned.
Not having a phone number from India, I contacted via WhatsApp and the booking process was easy with everything discussed over WhatsApp and confirmed with email.
The car was in the airport at the expected time.
When I was dropping off the car, someone was there to receive it.
Deposit was returned after a couple of days.

They’re extremely bad!! It’s a scam, so be warned!!
If you want to be ripped off, you found the perfect place!
I got a car with bald tires and they were split.impossible and dangerous to drive on Indian roads. It took days of our travels!
But what’s most frustrating afterwards: they promise to compensate you afterwards, but once the rental stops they don’t even have the decency to answer any questions or even refund anything, They simply just block you on WhatsApp! Even the security deposit we never got back.
All good reviews are written by themselves, so don’t go for it.

Rented Alto, the vehicle is very clean and looks like just brand new with good condition and well maintained. I never faced any issues with vehicle and very good customer service from the team. Point to be highlighted is on time delivery and pickup with immediate refund. Thanks to Indusgo.

Excellent service provided. Overall a hastle free experience. The swift car I booked was well conditioned and delivered me on time at my home. Yesterday early morning was my drop off and just now I received the balance security amount paid. Surely recommend this rental car to all my friends.

Recently, I rented a car from IndusGo in Bangalore for three days. First, the car arrived 1.5 hours late from the committed time. Second, the car was extremely dirty, there was no water in the wiper, and the tires had very low air pressure. When I complained later, they said that I should have checked all these things at the time of delivery, implying that it was my fault. Their maintenance is absolutely zero. When I returned the car one hour late from the committed time, the call center representative spoke rudely to me. I will not prefer IndusGo's cars in the future.

Worst service ever, please dont waste your time and money. Not worth it even for half the price

I rented a car for two days from 9th may to 11 may 2024 from their Hyderabad location.

Everything went fine except that they didn't give me a copy of delivery inspection report and copy of the return inspection report.
The excuse was they didn't have carbon paper.

However I took photos of both the document and the service agents app screen shots.

They promised the refund of 5500 would be done in 48 hours.
It's four days now still haven't received refund.

I have called them since the 48 hour period ended. They say they iniatiated refund on their side but my bank might not have received the refund..

I have multiple transctions in both mu Paytm as well as directly in the linked bank. I have received payments almost instantly.

However they indusgo are claiming that it's probably my banks problem.

This is definition of fraud.
I have earlier used both Revv as well as Zoom car multiple times booth have given me smooth experience including timely refunds.

I had rented a car for 22 days. They gave me a car with mechanical problems that stopped in the middle of a trip. I had to return the car after just 5 days. But they refused to refund my money for the unused days. Never seen such a fraud business.

I have hired the car for 3 weeks. The car was Ok. Home delivery was expensive and is getting delayed. Hence I collected from their yard.

When I made the payment they did not give me GST invoice. They said it will be given after the trip. After the trip also the invoice did not come for a week. When I followed up they said now they cannot issue the invoice because the rental was for last month. This is not a valid reason for not issuing GST invoice.

The bottom line is that they collect the GST from the customers and never pay the government.

We had a great experience with a Suzuki Swift from the airport at Kozhikode, Kerala.

To pickup and return, we co-ordinated with an agent who collected us from the airport with the car on arrival and who we met just before the airport on return to hand back over. This system worked well, except on the return, the agent got delayed by 20mins and the central office had no practical backup plan, which made the experience a little stressful.

The car was a modern Suzuki Swift, as booked with all the expected features present and working. The car was covered in scratches to the paintwork, which I find makes for a more relaxing drive than one in prisitine condition, where any tiny new mark might show up!

We spent some time at handover ensuring all the scratches were noted to avoid any difficulties on return.

The car came with a couple of bar petrol in the tank, which was plenty to get going and we filled up at the nearest petrol station, where we also had the tyres filled (they appeared to be quite less inflated than the recommended level).

The vehicle was easy to drive, smooth and reliable.

We received notification the day after return that our deposit was being returned and the full amount was returned within a few days. There was even a small additional payment made to us for the additional petrol we left in the tank compared to the amount at pickup. I have never had that before from a rental company!

Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

We rented a car for a bit more than one week from IndsuGo in Kochi. Unfortunately, the battery was dead after the first night. Their support was not helpful at all and we managed to continue our journey after jump starting the car and disconnecting the battery each time we stopped. At the end of our journey, even that did not help anymore and after several calls and delays we received an exchange car. In total, we spent more than one day waiting or fixing the car and the IndusGo never responded to our request of a one-day refund.

We used Indusgo Car from 19th Feb 2024 till 25th Feb 2024 when we visited Wayanad-Kerala. We took the car from Calicut Airport. The Car Wagon R provided by them was in excellent condition. I was bit hesitant while booking the car after reading some bad reviews but I guess that to some extent it may not be always true. From day one we were talking to Akshay T M who was extremely helpful & convinced us to book the car. He repeatedly mentioned that if we use their car once, we will surely be using their sevices. So true he is!!!
We had amazing experience with their prompt services & their approach. They would immediately call back for any query. They are really genuine in terms of their services. Actually our deposit refund amount was Rs 5,000 but they refunded to us Rs 5,576. When enquired for the excess amount of Rs 576, Akshay mentioned that we filled the tank with the excess fuel which was around Rs 576. So they refunded for the excess fuel amount as well. I think one should ignore the bad reviews about them as we feel that we always look at 1 side only.

As a foreigner on a self-drive tour, I was pleased with IndusGo Kochi. Competitive rate for a Celerio. Car was supplied clean, in good order and not too old. Minor errors were tyre pressures a bit off manufacturer's specification, spare was soft to the touch, screen washer bottle bone dry.
Pre-delivery comms and ordering were good. We covered about 2000Km over six weeks. Running up and down the Western Ghats many times, some roads really tested the vehicle. It performed 100%, never giving cause for concern. Although small, the Celerio was perfect for two adults. It took all our luggage, had enough power for Indian roads and was light on fuel. Also the modest dimensions were often an advantage.
On returning the car, it is easy for an unscrupulous hire company to play games but IndusGo was completely straight. Handover was processed quickly and I was happy with the excess fuel allowance, FastTag charges and lack of hassle. The due refund was repaid within a few days.
If I want another car in India and I am within reach, IndusGo will be the first company I try.

booked 2 self driven car from chennai to puducherry, 1 wagon r automatic and one manual, both cars arrives at time at airport, but onboarding process in little lenghthly needs to be short. automatic has some pickup issue otherwise manual car was good, pickup and drop off drivers are good, deposit was refunded immidiately togather with fuel amt. in usa and other countries the rule is they give car with full tank and we have to return it with full tank however here they give with whatever fuel last customer left with and u can also return with whatever fuel u left with. they count on speedo meter levels

It was week long trip last week, vehicle pickup was on time, the condition of car was excellent but the issue lies with the car delivery.
The car delivery was mentioned at 7am at the time of booking, one day before car delivery I gave the executive manager a message reminder to send the driver on time as I had a flight to catch.
Despite this I was kept waiting for 1 hour and we were about to miss the flight, driver came at 8am.We had 4 tickets worth more than 70k.
Complaint was made to customer care but nothing.

I rented a car for 15 days. They didn't refund my deposit. The hotline is not reachable for any help. The driver at the dropoff was unfriendly. They asked me to pay additional money at the drop-off. Since my online account was not working, I told the driver that I will transfer the money online the next day. But, the driver was not even willing to hear that. I could almost have missed my flight at the airport due to this rude behavior.
