Hi ..

I am Very sorry to say that it’s really a Worst car rental company I have come across .So so unprofessional and very rude staff.
It’s been almost a week since we have hired a car and returned and since then we are following up for our deposit money and no response until weeks . Before booking they say that they will refund our deposit after 2 days once you finish the trip but Every time when we call they claim they will call back after checking but they don’t.We had to call them everyday and check it’s just so painful and very unprofessional.
Very rude & unprofessional staff . Please rethink thrice before renting from indusgo.

The worst car rental company I have ever seen. The staff is super unprofessional and rude. These guys are fraud. Don't give your credit card information to them. They make the transactions even without notifying you based on some of their stupid rules.even If you contact them through email or their customer care number it's useless. These people are frau. Don't get into their trap and loose your hard earned money.

Worst car rental company I’ve ever come across. Super unprofessional and rude staff. They claim you can pick up the car at airport, but they weren’t there. We had to take a taxi to the middle of nowhere at midnight and ended up somewhere along the road to do the handover. Dropoff was also painful and unprofessional.

Worst service ...doing fraud with customers....never trust the service provider..they totally full their customers

I was a regular user of Indus go service. ..From my last two bookings I hv started to notice very bad service from the Indus go side ...I have booked one vehicle but I hv received different vehicle with very bad condition... The vehicle delivered was not cleaned and all tyres were fully worn out....when I have asked the same to the executive they simply said ..u can cancel the booking if u want....the service was very bad and still I have not received the refund of Rs 500 from them.which they hv to give for diesel refund.....

Worst service from Indus go .for the first time I booked Indus go . When I was looking for various options like zoom car and other rental car I found this to very cheap that is the only reason for choosing this unknown rental car. I booked for 5 am at velachery today. Around 4.30 itself I was start searching for their shop to pickup my car I could not find the shop I called the customer service they have the working hours it seems so no response from their end .They did not even given a point of contact.Already I was getting late and after so much struggle I finally found the shop and came to know many more people where waiting for the car it seems .one of the poor service I have ever felt please try to serve customers on time..if you have working. Hours then kindly change the time slot for booking the car..still I did not get my car..I booked for ,,5 am and already it is late for 1 hr..please don't book any cars in this Indus go they will really test your patience.i don't even wanna give 1 star .simply waste of time..please prefer some better services other than this indusgo..please shut your shop at velachery..not even a single name board hoarding for their shop..please don't try to fool customers.

Really good services offered by IndusGo. suitable for family/friends trips and the booking was also simple. I got the perfect self-drive car for my need. Flexible pick-up and drop-off options.

Great UI. Good Speed! Cool start up. Hoping they reach all India level soon.
