All going well at the moment

All going well at the moment, fairly easy procedure. Sadly you have to pay the full amount at time of booking.
Would have given 5 stars but I can't do that till the holiday is completed.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I'm afraid all balances for Cruise holidays are required to be settled 3-4 months (12 - 16 weeks) before departure. Therefore, as your departure date falls within this period at the time of booking your balance was due.

Bobby was very helpful

Bobby was very helpful. I think I should have asked more questions, but as it's our first cruise, I am not really aware of what's important and what isn't.
Friendly and efficient booking and thank you to Bobby. How the cruise goes as smoothly.

Mike was polite

Mike was polite, courteous and helpful. Offered me several solutions to fulfil my request. No pressure to book. Final price was very competitive . Would definitely use infinity cruises again.

My dealings when I contacted Infinity


My dealings when I contacted Infinity Cruises were with their representative Mike. He was most helpful in making individual arrangements for myself and my partner to accommodate my specific requirements to tailor our our holiday package to meet them. He phoned us back with options, prices, booking what I hope wii be the perfect holiday for us both. Thanks for your efforts Mike.
