I signed up with InfinityGhostWriting.org back in mid Nov 2025. I had two finished books that I wanted help with publishing. I was promised that my books would be published before Thanksgiving.

It was one thing after another. They would kind of fix one thing and unfix something from a previous fix. This went on for almost 2 months, so on Jan 16 I disputed this with my bank, OneNevada.org but InfinityGhostWriting.org sent my bank false information and neglected to send the guarantee. My bank refused my request and say they cannot reopen my dispute.

It is now March 2 and no progress and no refund. Even though I was given a document stating 100% Satisfaction with 100% Money Back Guarantee.

I am filing a lawsuit with Small Claims against both InfinityGhostWriting and OneNevada Credit Union.

I am also going to complain to the IRS and State Attorney because a (.org) is reserved for tax exempt organizations.

InfinityGhostWriting.org is operating as a for-profit business, this violates IRS tax-exempt regulations for (.org) companies. Misrepresenting a business as a non-profit is fraudulent. It does not matter if they file and pay taxes. So as such I am filing complaints with both the IRS (for tax issues) and the State Attorney General/Charity Official (for fraudulent operations).

Aside from competency, communication is likely the most important concern of a writer or content creator who has enlisted a team to assist in bringing something like a book forward. I was privileged to have both competent writers to learn my style and draft content accordingly, while also communicating with me every step of the way in the process. Of course, my readers will have the final say on the quality of my book, but this company has given me the best possible chance of serving them in a remarkable way. Thank you!

When I requested to speak to someone in finance, a fake person claimed that I wouldn't receive any money, suggesting the only option was for them to write another story."

I had already written my book and I had a front and Back cover . Just needed ISBN , and print services. They formatted and proofread Edited but I was unsure of the 6 BY 9 paperbacks. The formatting and layout, considering how rigid the publication platforms are. Hence, i opted for infinity ghostwriting to make the necessary corrections and polish the book. still waiting on my books November 24th 2023 books shipped November 28 praise the lord
