Has always provide clear, honest advice and makes sure you are kept updated and informed.

Darren is always helpful and knows his business well but always speaks at a level that he knows we’re happy with. Nevertheless if we don’t understand anything he is always anxious to clarify until we have a full grasp of the situation. He always seems to know what we are looking to do next and that comes from him working with us for a good number of years.

IFP have been great. They grasped my requirements easily and constructed a comprehensive package of measures to meet my demands. They have been very accessible and reactive to the numerous changes that my personal circumstances have necessitated over the last few years. They are flexible and extremely knowledgable.

Josh at Informed Financial Planning was recommended by an accountant, and so I contacted the Hessel office where he works.
From the very start the level of contact and speed of response was excellent from him and the team.
Following an initial phone call, we had meetings via Zoom, due to the COVID restrictions. These worked extremely well and saved a journey of 150 miles which was welcomed as was the flexibility for an early evening meeting.
Confirmation of my written instructions were provided and they commenced their work.
An interactive and secure portal allowed for documents and financial details to be uploaded removing the risks of posting items or sending by email which I thought was positive.
The financial advice I sought was then provided in a comprehensive report detailing several options, each presented in a clear manner.
In addition Josh presented the details to explain the content fully, the impact and considerations for each of the suggested options which allowed discussions on each.
I really appreciated that level of support and advice which made all the difference.
As a result of the advice provided I am now able to make a much better decision about my financial future and spending, which will include a return to Informed Financial Planning and with Josh who I would recommend.

Despite Covid regs, our ongoing relationship with Darren continues to give us a great customer experience. His easy going, yet professional manner is reassuring and expert, but above all enjoyable and makes us feel extremely confident in our choice of provider.

My Advisor is Joe Sanders and Joe is always very professional and has a very friendly manner. His views are considered and balanced and always appropriate for my financial aims. We had our regular (six-monthly) review with our IFP adviser, Joe. As usual, it was friendly and informative.
