Our experience of Informed Financial Planning in Hull has been excellent. In the past our financial advisers, although said to be independent, have always turned out to be linked in some way to a particular financial institution. IFP is truly independent and the quality of the products it has offered us have reflected that in terms of their superiority. We thought the service it offered us was expensive but it has proved to be very cost effective indeed. The Adviser who guides us in our financial planning and decision making is always friendly and communicates in a language that even inexperienced people like us can understand and we are able to make informed decisions. Strongly recommend.

When obtaining advice in relation to finance you need to have confidence in the people you deal with. My experience of dealing with IFP is one of straight talking advice that I feel confident about. They are thorough and professional but deal with the facts for you to decide. If you want to be pampered go to a spa.

We had the opportunity to make a one off payment over and above our regular monthly payment, Greg and his team were on hand to make this a seamless operation, providing all the information, processing and where required a prompt to ensure we hit our own deadlines.
From the first time we met and through our early investments, we had the comfort that IFP and Greg were on hand to answer all questions, even the small queries were given the same rigorous responses, that not just gave the answer but also explained the reasoning behind it.

Myself and my wife have been with IFP Hull for many years while we had own business and now on our retirement, I am sure there are far bigger investors than us but on our experience they treat everyone with the same professionalism our adviser has been Joe Sanders who has been excellent very professional, great advice, friendly and easy to get on with , always made welcome on visits to the office from all staff and always at the end of a phone .They also offer visit to your home at your convenience if unable to travel to the office.
