Hi Ivan,
I can see in your order with us you processed a NSW title search, the title details do not list the address for the property as the physical location of the property is denoted in the Lot and Deposited Plan numbers written as the title reference number in the top left of the title search results PDF.
The title reference number can be used to verify the property location with the state titles office (the NSW LRS) on their website here https://www.nswlrs.com.au/ under the 'Online portal' section.

Good, but clearer instructions required.
I put in an address including unit number and this platform gave me the Common Property (CP) of the building rather than the individual unit. When I asked for this to be rectified my request was responded to but I do wish instructions for unit searches was more clear.

Same subdivision plan for two separate blocks
When getting a deposited plan for two separate blocks in the one subdivision I was given the same plan as no individual plan was available. I was not told this would be the case prior to purchasing the plans. Advice that I would be paying twice for the same plan would have saved me money.

Looking into your order, you have ordered two of the same plan due to the same title reference DP number (DP1311411) entered for each report.
As you requested the same Deposited Plan report twice for the order, this was what was ordered for you automatically.
InfoTrackGO does not provide advice on ordering specific documents, only the service to process these types of orders.

Downloaded a title and company search but unable to download a dealing which was required, needed to use a different system for that.

You sent a title search that has no bearing or relation to the search I requested. I requested a search for Lot1 in Community Plan DP270619 Bloue Sky Tumut. Instead got a search for Lo 14 DP 808279 for Ian & Margaret Harris - totally not relevant. Obviously AI is not working!
If you can't give me what i requested. Please provide me a refund.
