As described and worked on my Epson printer thank you

Am very disappointed. Bought what I believed to be genuine Epson 8nk cartridges. Must admit when they arrived I was a little sceptical as they weren't in the original Epson Leopard plastic container however decided to give them benefit of the doubt. I did not have reason to use the inks until today but as soon as I did, the colour ink changed to green and then my printer came up with an error message "cannot recognise ink cartridges". As I bought these a little while ago, I presume it is too late to return them and so have wasted over £30. Just wanted to prepare anyone considering buying inks. These are not original or genuine cartridges.

Inkrobot contacted me direct after I wrote this review to apologise. They think the inks sent were out of date but were adamant the inks were genuine. They replaced my order and sent new ones within 2 or 3 days. I haven't tried the new ones yet but am grateful to the company getting back in contact and it has helped regain my faith in them.

Whilst searching for competitively priced Canon ink cartridges, I came across Ink Robot. I hadn't heard of them before but checked them out. They stocked what I wanted and at a decent cost, due to the fact the 'cartridge' may be out of date but they guarantee the product to work effectively. It was easy to place an order, the individual cartridges were well packaged ready for a speedy dispatch and free delivery was swift. I have yet to use the product so cannot honestly say how well it performs hence only 4*, but with the assurance of a guarantee, I'm sure all will be well.

Really pleased with my recent purchase from Ink Robot. The calculator is robust and does everything I need it to for my accounting. I especially like the time calc function, perfect for working out time travelled and worked. The instructions are clear and the machine is simple to use. Delivery was quick, free and well packaged. I would definitely use this company again.

I bought an ink cartridge for a now obsolete HP printer from Ink Robot.

Clear description of the state of the cartridge & packaging selected with prompt dispatch & delivery.

Nice touch in adding a small pack of sweet treats in the package too.

Bought a set of cartridges from Ink Robot. When installed came up with the error 950143 Readyprint account cancelled. Wouldn,t work at all. Contacted Ink Robot who said they have had other people complaining about it, and they dont know what to suggest. They don,t have hardware support they only sell ink.
So basically we will sell you them, if they dont work we dont want to know. Very poor service. Chuck them in the bin.

Fantastic company dispatched ink for Epsom printer that my local Asda store stopped selling but selling their own type? Inferior ink! Dispatched and arrived early via Royal Mail as post through letter box as out to work at time of delivery! Fantastic both seller and delivery! Fantastic to use this company

First time using and cheapest price I found for genuine Epson ink. Was posted same day although Royal Mail took two days to deliver despite saying it was out for delivery and no fault of Ink Robot. I will certainly be using again and recommended to all for price and service.

As most, always sceptical of apparent genuine items at low prices, but the website video is a great touch to put customers at ease. Delivery free and very quick, Royal Mail 24. Ive yet to use them, but all looks good. Many thanks, will use you again.
