Good company to order from! I ordered from them and had to talk to costumer service. They really understood the questions I had for them as well as understanding the situation I am in. I live in the US, and the package did get her quicker than it was expected for! Solid company with solid costumer support!

I was sent the incorrect item and not only did it look nothing like what I ordered, it was NOT the length I chose when ordering. It was supposed to be an anniversary gift and I got stuck with nothing to give because of this low quality, INCORRECT piece I was sent. I then had to pay $20 in return shipping which they did not reimburse despite it fully being their error and low craftsmanship. I will not be ordering from this company again. Poor customer service.

Oh wow, this took some time to arrive. It's a bespoke item, so it has to be made. It's stunning. What a fantastic ring. I will definitely be ordering again from these people. I am over the moon with this ring. Thank you.

Hykle is great to work with and super helpful. My wife is very happy with the shoes and is looking forward to warm weather to wear them.

I ordered a Masonic Ring, there were a few issues with the original order but Innovato (Anelia) was very quick to sort these out. Very happy with the ring, it fits fine and I am very happy with quality,

my partner really wanted a red wedding ring but they are hard to find. we ordered one from Innovato and it was so good. great weight and colour to it. very happy.

Ordered two rings; both were HUGE. I understand I take risks when buying rings sight unseen, but I didn't think the sizing would be so far off. More egregious, the woman's ring was not what I ordered. It was a totally different design. I brought this to their attention. They offered to refund the full payment after the rings were received - but shipping to Europe from the US was on my dime. Alternatively they offered a refund of 30% and I could keep the rings. To save myself the trouble, that's what I did. I'll give them as gifts but will never order fm them again, which is too bad, since they were very nice and responsive.

I highly recommend Innovato Design. I got my ring today. It is very nice and fits well. Thank you guys for a great job and speedy service.

I could not commend your customer service highly enough after a really bad experience with the courier. You replied to my emails straight away and got it sorted for me with a minimum of fuss and my husband's new ring is exactly what he wanted so Thankyou very much.

The rings are very good, one of the sizes was not quite right, and as soon as I mentioned this to the supplier, they sent me another free of charge (I paid postage but nothing more was asked of me). Could not rate more highly, a great company is this.

Purchased the bracelet which was gorgeous and looked exactly the same as on the website. Ordering was easy and delivery was fairly quick with no complications. I asked the customer service team a question about pitting the bracelet on and the response was prompt, helpful and very friendly I would definitely recommend Innovato Store and will continue to make future purchases with them.

I couldn’t be more happy with the quality and service I received while purchasing two men’s rings, initially I got the sizing wrong however Anelia was exceptionally helpful in sorting out the problem.

Ordered a Stirling silver opal frog necklace. This isn’t opal, it’s plastic with bits of glitter in it. Sent two email requesting a refund, no reply as yet, I’m hoping this will trigger a response.

Ring i brought was nit same as english size .. didnt look as did in picture and when i needed to return told had to be sent back to bulgaria 8.75 .i am not at all impressed

Good online ordering process, and delivery of my ring was efficient and timely - despite the holiday season. Very satisfied with my ring - looks great on my finger!

I purchased a hat for an event. While the hat quality was as expected, it arrived too late. The REFUND POLICY is very MISLEADING due to required returns shipment to an international address in Bulgaria. The product was distributed from Doral, FL USA. :(
