Easiest and most straight forward loan application I have ever done. I was kept informed of every single detail. Guided me through the closing process, it went very smoothly. Their staff worked very hard to find the best option and the best offer for me.

Anytime I would talk to someone about buying a home all I would hear are horror stories about how stressful it is and how terrible the lenders are with losing information and such, but this was such a smooth easy process so thank you again for the great experience.

Insight Loans allowed us to purchase the home of our dreams with absolutely no bumps or bruises. Scott Woodard was extremely knowledgeable of the home buying process from beginning to end and was able to get us approved quickly and at what I considered to be an extremely low interest rate (I was expecting much higher).
Not only did Scott guide us through the process quickly and efficiently, but had he not followed up with me weekly just to check on things we would have missed the opportunity to purchase the house we had our hearts set on. To make a long story even longer it was one of those days when Scott checked on me that I told him how frustrated I was at being able to afford approximately a 350K home on paper but could only get approved for the max FHA amount here in North Carolina of 294K at the time (my credit score wasn’t high enough to get approved for the amount I needed if I had gone conventional).
Scott informed that the FHA loan amounts had gone up only a few days earlier!
We put in an offer on the home we wanted (a Friday) and the sellers agent told us that her clients were actually going to raise the listing price on the home that coming Monday which would have put us out of our price range. Needless to say we now own our dream home and at a price we can comfortably afford.We were actually considering purchasing a starter home and holding onto it for 5-10yrs until we could get the home we truly wanted. With that being Scott and Insight Loans just shaved 10yrs of additional home related stress from my life. I will use them for all of my future home buying needs.
