He was courteous, professional, and diligent about making sure that we had everything I need for the process of buying my first home. He took the time to address every question I had and explained until I was satisfied that I understood. I would absolutely work with Gary again and will recommend him to anyone.

Super responsive and easy to work with. I initially identified Insight because of the low rates, and was not expecting the level of service. In addition to providing multiple pre-approvals during the purchase process, the final loan application, approval and closing were painless.

Chad Hubert and his team from Insight Loans recently helped me with the Purchase of a home. The experience was Professional, Quick, and their Communication Skills were Excellent. From my initial call to their office, to the time of closing was 16 calendar. The Appraiser even did the appraisal on the Fourth of July! This wasn't the first home I've purchased, but it was DEFINITELY THE BEST experience ever for me. I would personally recommend Chad and his team at Insight Loans to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a property.

Phil Behnen was amazing. This was my first time buying a house and he helped me through every step. He even dealt with the extremely crazy family that was selling the house. I'm sure this was a very difficult process and he remained very professional even as his voicemail was filling with crazy calls from the seller's son. Even as I was stressing out he would break the process down step by step for me and at no point was he wrong about what to do. At a time when I felt like I was fighting everyone else Phil was my teammate and we won! Also great interest rate and no fees, etc if you care about that stuff. :)
