Unfortunately, payment was rejected by our bank. Rejection reason: Customers bank Revolut didn't provide customer date of birth, which is required by European Union new regulation.
Money was send back to customer, but customers bank has problems recognising the payment.
Our bank informed us that they have provided all information to customers bank and that customer will receive back rejected amount. The issue is probably already resolved.

Great Importservice!
They imported a product for me in a specific color that they didn't had in their store assortment at the time. I really couldn't get it elsewhere in europe. Communication was great the whole time. The order-, import-, paying- and shippingprocess was fast according to the circumstances (42 days from USA to my doorsteps).
Very good and friendly service!
