Flexible and accommodating staff and policies

I really appreciate that your staff is willing to work with me on finding products that my clients need and is also willing to work with me to ship to US postal priority service cutting the cost for shipment to Guam...

Many companies have so many rigid policies that I do not enjoy working with them. But you have an accommodating staff and flexible policies which is highly appreciated. Please don't change.

Dead stock caused by delayed delivery

Due to delayed delivery of some of the ordered items, orders from customers have been cancelled and the items are held in stock.

Our delivery timelines are based on the most accurate information available at the time of ordering. However, they are subject to change by the manufacturer, and unfortunately, these changes are beyond Instrumart's control. That said, we make every effort to keep our customers informed as soon as we receive any updates. In this case, I see that our customer service team promptly notified you of the delay, and were ultimately able to ship a couple of days ahead of the revised schedule.

AE changed my order


AE invested time to assist me. However, the AE made changes to the specified equipment without consulting me, changes that will seriously affect the effectiveness of the project.

Instrumart is my go to supplier for flow monitoring equipment. Their website is easy to navigate and my request for quotes is always fast. Communication is great with order confirmation and shipping email updates. I always know when I can expect my equipment. This allows me to accurately schedule with my customers.
