Have purchased many transducers over 8 years.

Have purchased many transducers over the years. When the normal brand was not available, Instrumart helped me find a comparable unit. Purchased 2 and had problems after a couple months. Come to find out the product that was suggested by Instrumart did not work for Wastewater. This same situation happened to a fellow contractor. I wish Instrumart would have made it right with the wrong part that was sold to us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

After reviewing your order with Liam, the engineer assigned to your order, we found that the original product requested was from a manufacturer that is no longer in business. To accommodate this, we provided a recommended alternative. Unfortunately, we later discovered that this replacement wasn’t the best fit for your application. Once this was identified, we promptly sourced the correct items, which were ordered and shipped within a week.

Additionally, we issued an RMA for the incorrect parts. As of today, we haven’t yet received the returned units, but the RMA remains open. Once we receive them, they’ll be evaluated for a possible credit.

Los productos solicitados y que luego hemos comprado, son de muy buena calidad. La atención comercial y el soporte técnico siempre han sido de lo mejor.
No hay necesidad de pedir a Instrumart la información técnica de los productos, todo ello está en su página web.

Knowledgeable and Patient

Their Solution Engineers and Technicians were extremely knowledgeable, and in my case, they proved to be extremely patient with someone who has very little experience and knowledge in the field. they helped me to find and confirm the best products and options for my project, and politely assisted with all my questions regarding configuration, installation, and troubleshooting as they arose.
