The lid of my son's bottle broke. I contacted customer service to request a refund or exchange and Ellvee responded within a few hours, telling me a replacement lid has been sent and will arrive in a few days. I was very impressed with the speedy reply and quick actioning and we look forward to our lid arriving.

My bottle was leaking. Inah immediately took care of the problem. Since the cause could not be found, she sent me a new bottle, although I did not have an invoice (was a gift). Thank you Inah!!!!

These bottles are brilliant. I’ve just bought another three ready for School in September. They withstand being dropped multiple times 🤦‍♀️. I’m going to use their old ones for home has they have plenty of life left and will probably last another couple of years. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a couple of bottles and straws, great bottles for the kids’ school days. Had some recyclon bottles previously which were still in great condition but wanted to treat the kids to an insulated version to keep their drinks cool.
One of the straws was loose so I contacted customer services. Quick response, I sent them a short video of the issue and they’ve sent out a new one.
Really appreciate service like that from Inah their customer service rep. No fuss, just taking care of their customers.

Have brought a few of these bottles over the years and they’re brilliant. Lovely designs for kids and they’re really well built to last. I recently had an issue with the pattern coming off only 4 weeks after I’d ordered but a quick online form was responded to promptly by Ellvee and a replacement bottle dispatched really quick. Will continue to use and recommend moving forward.

Bought a couple of the Leak Proof Slim Water Bottle, Stainless Steel, Rainbows, 600m and in black for the kids.
Expecting it to be leak proof which it is but there is an air hole above the lid and as kids do they tilt the bottle right up but then all the liquid just comes out the air hole. Which I don’t think this type of bottle is suitable for kids so I returned the day after.

We've been using ion8 for a few years now and I'd never change from using there bottles. The insulated steel is perfect, and the 1litre bottle is exactly what we were looking for!

Cannot fault the customer services for ion8! I dealt with them via Facebook Messenger and Email following my daughter's stainless steel bottle leaking from a split in the metal.
Debbie on Facebook Messenger was really friendly and helpful, as was
Ellvee on the emails - within 3 days a shiny new bottle arrived in the post!
Great products (we now have 4 of varying sizes in the house), great customer service and I would recommend to anyone!

I ordered the koala bottle and lunch box for my daughter, it arrived and the lunchbox had a small cut in the lining, which I was worried would effect usage over time. I messaged customer service, sent them pictures and Inah dealt with it quickly and efficiently and replaced the faulty item. I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the items. This is approx. the 8th bottle we have bought from ION8 and I love them, they don't leak in the kids school bags and they look great and last a long time. Thank you so much Inah for dealing with my issue so quickly.

I emailed my grievance around their special offer, which seems like nothing but fraudulent at worst and ridiculously inconvenient at best. They’ve asked me to review my experience before even responding to me - says everything.

Very happy with the product. Appears very good quality and hopefully a water bottle which will last for years. Albeit, upfront cost was expensive. Good communications, quick delivery
