The products are great and the delivery time excellent

Easy to order, Quick delivery and the bottles are absolutely perfect! Will definitely be buying again.

The design and size is perfect for school aged children. But it is advertised as leakproof and smashproof. Used it first time and it there is a small hole on lid from where it leaks and has dented already from a single drop. I would say expensive for what it says it does but doesn’t.

Brilliant as usual. Amazing quality. I love being able to order the spare parts too. I’m often juggling too much to wash the water bottles as often as recommended but never had any mould on the seals in 3 years. Only buying new ones because we feel like a new size and the designs were wonderful. These bottles could keep us going for many more years.

Unfortunately drinks not kept cold in the slightest

The air vent seal on my water bottle broke. I contacted customer services simply to find out which replacement I needed so that I could buy the correct one. Instead Inah sent me a brand new lid for free. It was most unexpected but very much appreciated. Thank you. You have definitely gained a loyal cistomer.

We had an issue with a cracked water bottle that we hadn’t long purchased. Inah got back to me and sorted a replacement quicky.

I contacted customer services with an issue, not to do with a product. Ellvee dealt with case and was very professional, polite and dealt with the issue very quickly, thank you. I have bought a second NFL 750ml flask, they are excellent and keep drinks cold for ages. I’ve just bought a second one and 600ml flasks for the family. Thoroughly recommend the product and great customer service.

Easy ordering. Nice designs. However little fingers may struggle opening and closing as very small clasp. Lid needs to be perfectly aligned to close

I joined the Kickstarter campaign for the new Ion8 Primo. Ordered with all lids. I took some time but expect this with Kickstarter. The bottle arrived and is amazing. Keeps the drinks cold all day specially over the last couple of days while it has been super hot in the UK. Well hot for us!! I will be buying more for the family. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service. Absolutely love I0N8 products. Emailed them to explain the print on my daughter’s bottle was coming off and without any hesitation a new bottle was sent out and received within a couple of days! Thank you so much to Inah for all your help it’s much appreciated:)
