I love almost everything about this bottle, except.. the seals in the lid constantly fall out, and we have lost quite a few along the way (school etc). Please find a way to secure the seals better. You can buy replacement seals but at £3 each it’s not worth it, and the bottles leak once the seal is missing.

A ridiculous postal mistake had my order sent back to the UK. Ellivee sorted it out in no time at all and I didn't have to pay the extra customs (which the original delivery was exempt from). Quick and very positive response! Unfortunately my Urban top didn't come the range of straw sizes so can only work in my small bottle, will get back onto them and bet they'll have that sorted in no time too

Great experience with the customer support, unfortunately the bottle leaked after a while, we had an e-mail exchange, now we received a new bottle. My son loves the ION8 sport, great recommendation!

Fantastic. I love that we can buy replacement parts. My sons nursery bottle has lasted him from aged 2 until nearly the end of reception year, and only now are we needing to get a new bottle top because someone threw it a LITTLE too hard at a tarmac floor! The quality of these bottles is fantastic, and we've given away all our other bottles in our family because they're simply not needed. One each, dishwasher safe, and excellent quality, with replacement parts so you can make things last and be more environmentally friendly too. Thank you.

I ordered a personalised stainless stee; bottle for my granddaughter's 8th birthday. It arrived quickly and she absolutely loves it.

My ion8 lid was faulty and Amazon declined to replace. They cited I should go to the manufacture. I simply crated an online query and within a very short time I was emailed by ION who apologised and simply dispatched a replacement lid without any other query or question nor hesitation. I fully praise their customer service team namely Ellvee so please take this review as genuine and fully commend ION

Bottles are excellent quality. Service was quick. My kids use these for school and they last all year with no leaks
