My grandson has battered a few of ur bottles by dropping them , but they still last him longer than others I’ve tried .
He does have Autism and ADHD he’s a very strong boy for a 9 year old .
The last bottle the lock broke on it with him dropping it .
But I’ve just received his smaller bottle which is less heavy for him 🤞

Not as expected- leaks
The product arrived on time and the design was beautiful. But, when the lid was open the water would pour out if tipped up too high or if knocked over, so it was not suitable for my family. This was described as leak proof which to me, it was not. Returned the bottles due to this

Brilliant and beautiful designs, quick delivery, helpful staff, a ton of patterns and designs to choose from, easy to use, even my 2-year old grandson and 4-year old granddaughter figured out in secinds how to use the bottle, highly recommend.

Strong and so many to choose from
So easy to order and so many to choose from.
These bottles are strong and very easy to clean.
I purchased 2 and got the 3rd of free.
What i really like is you can buy replacement parts.

I bought 3 of these water bottles for my granddaughter. They look great and I know she's going to love them. I was able to also get a bottle free ( that one's for me ) I would recommend ion8 to anyone, great products, great service .

Tremendous service from ion8. Research revealed their bottles are pretty much leakproof. And my grandsons love their names on them. Ion8 staff were brilliant at checking everything before engraving. They arrived in short order too. And a 750ml bottle for free. Brilliant ion8.

Eventhough it was leak proof for us in…
Eventhough it was leak proof for us in the limited time we did use it. They are certainly not suitable for children. If used without a straw, there is gling to be spilliage. A small whole on the lid lets water drip out when tilted. Who is going to tell a child each time they drink from the bottle to only tilt it slightly to stop the water from dripping out?
I have tried it myself and even for adults its the same problem. Not fit for purpose.
Have requested a refund and return as per their 30 days policy, lets see how that goes.
An update on the returns process. It was so time consuming chasing it us.
Now waiting as and when I will get a refund.

Delivery was very quick
Delivery was very quick, I was pleasantly surprised with how well made there are, I bought the medium one first which have for work then I bought the smaller one which I use for walking where space is premium in a rack sack. Keeps water nice and chilled for about 5hour walk so yes thoroughly recommend theses bottles
