I joined the Kickstarter campaign for the new Ion8 Primo. Ordered with all lids. I took some time but expect this with Kickstarter. The bottle arrived and is amazing. Keeps the drinks cold all day specially over the last couple of days while it has been super hot in the UK. Well hot for us!! I will be buying more for the family. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service. Absolutely love I0N8 products. Emailed them to explain the print on my daughter’s bottle was coming off and without any hesitation a new bottle was sent out and received within a couple of days! Thank you so much to Inah for all your help it’s much appreciated:)

Great bottles, lush design and very sturdy. Perfect they can go in the dish washer. I'd bought insulated bottles for the kids during this heatwave but they dont keep their drinks cold, the ice melts quickly, which is a shame. Otherwise leak proof.

The quality of the children’s bottles aren’t great and also leak. I would say only really suitable for children 3+

Good choices. Well made products. Fast delivery and well packaged. I am very pleased with my drinking bottle, especially pleased with the straw. I am elderly and need to drink more liquid. This bottle makes it easy to do that.

I purchased two personalised bottles and they are great. One for my son and one for me. I love the fact they’re easy to clean and seal well so no leakages 👌

Great customer service. I asked what is probably a fairly annoying question about when a specific bottle colour might be back in stock for a birthday present. I was fully expecting a polite "it'll be back when it's back" reply.
