Jonathan provided outstanding five-star customer service. When I called iSpring for expert assistance with my whole-house water filtration system, he listened carefully, understood exactly what I needed, and answered every question with patience and professionalism.

His product knowledge gave me the confidence and accurate information I needed to build and complete my system successfully. I was able to accomplish with Jonathan’s guidance and support.

I had questions regarding the install of a sediment filter for my house that is on a community water well. Iron sediment is heavy. I spoke to Jonathan and he advised the install should go inside the house where the lines come in, near the hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable about the products and also stated the microns should be 100 or higher as the 50 micron will clog very easily and fast.

We very highly recommend ISpring water filter company. We have an under sink RO unit and it produces great tasting water. We also tested the water with a TDS meter and chemical dip sticks. Clean as a whistle- and tasty.
In addition we want to thank Sean who went above and beyond in solving a couple of issues we had (some of them our fault! ) and he took care of us efficiently and thoroughly. He replaced a unit damaged in shipping and helped us in other ways. Would definitely purchase i I Ispring again and very much like how their employee are empowered to make customer service great!

2. Great product, I puchased an auto flushing spindown filter that has saved me hundreds of dollars on whole house filters. The quality of my home water has increased significantly since purchasing.

This is a great product. I had initial concerns that it might not work for us as we are on a well. I contacted iSpring and Laurence responded. He was extremely helpful. He offered some great diagnostic support and I am now very comfortable with this system. I installed the RO500 to help reduce the sodium in our well water. It seems we are getting exactly what we hoped for!! Thank you Laurence.

We have used the whole house system for several years now and very pleased with how the system filters the water before entering our entire home. The real result is seen when you change filters and see what was actually prevented from entering your faucets and appliances. Recently we had a fault in the system and contacted customer service. I was able to speak with Sean who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in rectifying our problem. Great customer service and support.

Great warranty registration process and support by Jonathan

Installed the RO5004F 2 days ago and it is running great.

Bought a RCC7AK from them on Amazon. Most of the parts are already built in, so I only needed to put the pipe and filter in.

There was a faulty part when it arrived. I reached out to their support team, and Jonathan was quick to dispatch a replacement.

I’m waiting for the replacement, but so far, the experience has been good.

Great Customer Service from iSpring!

We bought the iSpring CRO1000 reverse osmosis system, and unfortunately, we noticed that ours was broken after installation after only having it for about a month. We reached out to iSpring, and I have to say their customer service was excellent!

They responded right away, provided us with a tracking link, and within a day they had arranged to send us a replacement completely free of charge. We received the new system just a few days later.

A special thank you to Nick, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind its product and take care of its customers when something goes wrong.

Even though we had an issue with the original system, the way iSpring handled it really impressed us. Great customer service and a company that stands behind its products. Highly recommend!

Excellent after sales service. My old countertop System started leaking water recently and the warranty was expired. I emailed the customer service and found Francis. He was very patient to help to see if the system can be fixed by replacing parts. Then, he arranged for a new system to be delivered with a discount price. Highly recommend.

I purchased and installed an ISpring RCC7AK reverse osmosis sytem in my kitchen. The packaging, instructions and link to instructional videos made the installation process quick and simple. Significant improvement to water quality was noticed and we were able to retire a different external filter. Completing the warranty registration took a few tries on my mobile as it did not seem to accept auto entry of details. Once submitted, was contacted by Jonathan promptly with a receipt request. Sent that back and he quickly acknowledged via email it was received and warranty in place. Pleased with the product and the quick responses by Jonathan.

I have had the iSpring RCC7AK filter system for nearly 8 years with excellent reliability. Recently, it developed a leak due to a cracked prefilter cap. When contacting customer service, I was pleased the call was answered by an actual person. John explained the parts needed have not been available since 2020.
However, he arranged to send a new filter head at no charge even though the system is well out of warranty.
Service like this is rare these days and was quite a surprise. I highly recommend iSpring water systems for their excellent customer service and quality product.

Jonathan was extremely helpful in getting a replacement faucet for our RO system. The faucet was the incorrect color and he had a new faucet shipped out the same day! Thank you Jonathan.

What a company Ispring is. They are right there through your whole installation side by your side if needed. Hats off to Lawrence He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He Steered me right to where I had to go which made the choice so much easier and absolutely perfect by the way thanks to Lawrence. I will be posting some pictures on Amazon of my installation fired it up was not one drop of water lost. These units are a super high quality that's all I could say I've shopped around for the last six months and trust me nothing comes close to these. Again I thank Lawrence for being there and helping me. Here's the other good side I know we'll be there if I need them again.

Great products! I just installed a WGB32B Whole House Filtration system and it was well worth it and easy to install. I just replaced our original iSpring RO system with an upgraded iSpring system and all is well. Great help and customer service by everyone their. Thanks to Jonathan for the extended warranty!
