Matt was extremely helpful in helping me get a package setup too filter my homes well water system...

I spoke with Johnathan and he was very helpful and courtious.

John in sales was very professional and helpful. I had 2 issues with my filter and both times dealt with john. Hes was eager to resolve any issues i had in a timely manner. If you ever have a question please ask for john.

In addition to the product quality being excellent, their customer service is even better. Sean recently helped with a filter issue and it was resolved within 48 hours. Couldn't recommend any higher!

Johnathan was VERY helpful with registering my warrenty for ypu whole house system.The online registration form was very frustrating and you would do everyone a service by either fixing the site or just allowing customers to email their request for registration with an attachment of their invoice east peasy very quick and no worries thank you and again Johnathan did a very good job.

Had a slight issue and John was able to take care of the issue in a timely manner and was very responsive with getting back to me and letting me know what was going on with everything. Thank you

I bought the iSpring RCC7P-AK osmosis model and am very happy with it. It was easy to install using the video they provide on YouTube. So far, I am very pleased with the system; everything arrived well-packaged and seems to be of high quality.

Very impressed! Highly recommended!
We need an upgrade from our current whole house filter and after researching different products decided on the iSpring WGB32BM Whole House Water Filter System and the WSP-SL 50 Micron Spin Down Sediment Filter, 2-in-1 Whole House Prefilter & Water Scale Inhibitor.
We are on a well and our water is very hard and at times corrosive. After we had everything set up and running we immediately noticed the water felt softer!
Don't be alarmed if, during the first few minutes of running the water after installation, your water is dark brown or even black. This is a natural flush of the carbon filter.
We had opportunity to work with Laurence in customer service and was equally impressed with his professional service. He was quick to respond and asked the right questions so we were able to come to a quick resolution.
The quality of the product, and the people, make iSpring or only choice for future filtration needs! They have a life long customer.

I had purchased a 4 system iSpring water filtration system from Home Depot.
The "AC", Activated Charcoal filter was defective and leaking.
I thought it was going to be a long and arduous process to get a replacement.

I called and spoke with Robert and explain my situation. Robert told me to send in an e-mail explaining what had happened and a copy of my purchase receipt.

Robert made it straight forward and easy. He answered my questions quickly and efficiently.
The time on the phone was about 5 minutes and the email took about 5 minutes to type-up and send out.
I was relieved to know that shortly after I sent in my email a replacement was on its way to me.

Even with an email communication but some pics sent to Jonathan from Ispring the experience with ISpring has been fantastic not only took just a few minutes activate the free 3 year warranty but also the quick response to my issue on the connections I made suggesting perfectly why and how to make the connections excellent costumer and support team you guys have BRAVO!! and thanks for all the help Jonathan.

Needed a replacement reverse osmosis faucet, and found the iSpring one online. Really well packaged (jewellery-type bag for the faucet) and with clear instructions (including video). Jonathan processed the warranty registration very efficiently.

I bought a counter top water filter system rcd 100 back april this year, it's been working wonderfully, I use it for my newborns formula water. One morning the display panel went out, I called support. Robert was able to help me out with replacement quickly. Good customer service 👍.

I had problems with my whole house i spring water, filtration system, and john from I Springs. Listen to what I had to say John told what was wrong and sent me out some parts ASAP. No charge.

Quality product. Removes sediments as advertised. Sean was very helpful in filter choices and product support.

Called Ispring to get some questions answered before I purchased one of their water softners......Spoke with Jonathon and he was very knowledgeable and by having confident answers, and confirming tech support going forward sold me.....My unit arrives today.

Like most of the reviews out there, I agree that iSpring’s customer service is excellent. Laurence quickly processed my extended warranties for both filters I purchased, even though I originally submitted the ticket for only one system. I happened to mention the other system during our conversation, and he went ahead and took care of that one too, which I really appreciated.

So far, the products themselves have been easy to install and figure out. My only struggle has been getting the plastic casing off the spin-down filter—it is incredibly hard to remove, although that could just be me!

Overall, I’ve been very happy with both the products and the support I’ve received. I can’t wait to finish the project and finally have a filtration system that’s much easier to manage.

Jonathan resolved my issue quickly and professionally and was very friendly. He offered to provide the parts I needed to finish the installation as a courtesy. I am very pleased with his service.

I have been planning to get RO Filter for a long time, and finally after research ended up purchasing 6 stage RO system! The setup is easy, I had to call someone to get a hole into my countertop. I reached out to rep for an extended warranty and Laurence helped me out. Water taste amazing, so far very impressed with this system and customer service experience!
