ODERED one part on Jan.10,2023 And Product????????

ODERED one part on Jan.10,2023. Money came out of my account fast enough. Jan. 14,2023 one email said shipped. I emailed Feb. 6,2023 because the LACK OF COMMUNICATION. IDS replied Feb.7,2023 and said my order fell in Crack. We will ship it out in a few days. Today is Feb. 15,2023 called (3) times started conversation( 3) times and they hung up on me. A few minutes later I recieve a call from IDS, hard time hearing and understanding what languages were all being used. Had enough of the TOTAL BS FROM IDS and requested FULL REFUND.
COMMUNICATION IS THE BACKBONE OF ANY BUSINESS. THIS COMPANY HAS NO BACKBONE. BUYERS BEWARE.

Friendly place

It was easy to surf the site. Information about sizes is clear. Payment methods are ok. In general terms, it is a good place to buy good articles.

When I ordered my two new holsters

When I ordered my two new holsters, I also ordered two belt attachments for them. I only received one belt attachment. Plus, I have tried to call support to explain what happened and see when a belt attachment can be delivered for what I paid for. As of this text, no answer from support.
