SCAMMERS, pay for premium and still get ads

Genuinely terrible I literally never leave reviews but it’s that bad I am genuinely the worst streaming app ever still add with premium and the most glitchy app ever painful to try and watch something on it

The worst streaming service ever. Slow, clunky, Badly laid out and just hard work. It’s like a first attempt in the 1970’s to bring a streaming service to tv. Simply Dreadful.

Too many ads and last too long. Can't get subititles unless I watch live or record the program.
I've abandoned ITV progs which for some reason I've missed their original airing and haven't recorded.
Of course I could pay - but why shoould I when progs are transmitted free

ITV X is a complete waste of time. You can’t watch what you want to watch. You can’t delete what you’ve already watched. You can’t delete what you don’t want to watch. When you do watch it you’re not allowed to fast forward through advertisement breaks. It’s a classic case of YOU SIT THERE AND DO AS YOUR TOLD.

Wish I could give 0 - slow - clumsy and definitely not user friendly - what has happened to Emmerdale - if you want to watch last Wednesday then ok but no chance watching any thing further - BBC channel 4 and more 5 far superior - wake up ITV X and get some specialist input to revamp

Dire. Don't pay for a subscription. Terrible buffering and far fewer of the old programmes that were on Britbox, eg The Sweeney, Poirot and no old films. Cancelled after the first month.

Most of the time it just doesn't work. When it does the ads go on forever and the picture quality is like TV from the 1970s. Hey ITV - go look at Netflix to see how it can be done

Trying to recall my password - no link sent. New email used - post code not accepted. Without any hesitation the worst app in living history.

Recently when i download a programme to watch without WiFi when i start to watch it i get “ oops something went wrong on my screen. This is extremely annoying as my WiFi is very slow so i have to try again. What’s up with ITVX app fix it.😖

Bad… and getting worse. I agree with all the other reviews, but now, almost as many trailer interruptions as there were adverts, so why bother paying the no advertising fee. Back to channel 4 and Walter Presents.

Worst streaming service of them all. Slow, not user friendly it doesn't pick up where you left off. Doesn't remember your searches. The buffering is diabolical and it's not the internet because the other channels are not affected. I pay to not get adverts and the buffering always occurs where the adverts should be or directly afterwards. Very slow to start. Takes ages for programmes to appear on the screen. ITV Hub was much better as far as being user friendly is concerned.

Time for ITV TO UPDATE their system, most times after adverts you are sent back to the start having to hope by restarting you are sent to an option to RESUME, just so exasperating,
The if no resume is allowed then you are stuck going through the whole series number till you get to the part you were up to

Where are the engineers to sort this out as it’s been going on for six months

Why is this app always crashing????? And so slow! So long…..

I first bought the premium version on an iPad. However, I have an android phone. I can only cancel through apple and it never accepts my password. I have been stuck paying it for a year and itvx refused to cancel it on their end.

Never works, with no explanations !!!!! So frustrating

I paid extra for premium with no adverts so I don't have to have product adverts interrupting programmes and as promised they don't BUT the adverts still come thick and fast for their other programmes. At least every 10 minutes. There is good stuff to view but they've spoilt it with this.

Really difficult to sign in almost gave up

Not only not work when casting from iPad, but does not work properly direct from app on TV. Pity there is no way of registering minus score.
This has been going on ever since it was put up for use. How come this is the only streaming service that is totally rubbish. I want to use stronger sentiments, but my good nature stops me.
