Absolutely ridiculous, pay subscriptions and still can’t watch anything. Waste of money……. A scam I think 🤔

Absolutely shocking streaming! Every other apps work perfectly fine, you'd think that with all these terrible reviews they would have resolved the issues, it's really not fit for purpose, keeps freezing and buffering, then nothing. Took me over an hour and a half to watch an hour long programme! Do people actually take up the subscription they offer? And if so, is it any better? I'd love to know!

STILL GETTING ADVERTS DESPITE PAYING FOR PREMIUM X, AT LEAST I GOT IT AT £2 ON BLACK FRIDAY OTHERWISE NOT WORTH IT. ITS A CON, THEY SAY CONTRACTUAL ADVERTS. I DONT CARE I PAID NOT TO HAVE ADVERTS DUURING MY SERIOUS. EVERYONE IS JUST MONEY GRABBING ON SUBSCRIPTIONS NOW. NO MORE!

Awful; resume episode led to an endless advert segment; having tried to start from the beginning,the same deluge of adverts ensued.

I gave up and deleted the app.

When is the technical issues with streaming ITVX going to be fixed. I would be embarrassed to say I worked for the technical team as they can’t seem to do their job. To the bosses at ITV - you need to think seriously about the idiots you are employing. Great reviews NOT well done for caring about your viewers

Absolute waste of time, signal dreadful always, worst app for a National Company. An embarrassment to ITV don't bother

You really need to have a rating of ZERO stars for something so dreadful. ITVX clearly doesn't read/care about reciews. 1? Not surprised. Constantly buffering even if you can get the service at all. Had lots of excuses and when they all proved false I get "we're working on it". Utterly useless platform.

Worst streaming app ever. Even with premium you get tedious itv program adverts every 10 minutes and it also disconnects continuously stating bad internet despite me having super fast fibre. Only using it to watch Doon Patrol and will never use it agin. Utter shite

Worst app ever, it buffers, it cuts out, when you finally get it back on it can’t remember where you were in the programme and starts it from the beginning again, trying to watch Gladiator and I think I’m gonna have to give up. So infuriating. I’m giving it one star coz there’s no zero star option

Terrible range of sub standard series. Too many ads and too many ad breaks. And as for Domino whatever!!!!!

Terrible app every time I try to watch ITVX there is a problem. It either won't load or crashes half way through a programme. Ever since they've changed from ITV Hub to X it's unusable.

I received an email, supposedly from ITVX, to say my subscription was up for renewal, then I had another email to say, my subscription of £38.99 had been paid, tried to email them, to find out what it was about? couldn't email them, but it was tick box affair, was asked what programs I had watched, how could answer as I haver never watched it, all seemed real but not sure? judging by the reviews, I doubt I would want to subscribe,

Constantly crashes and far too many adverts all the way through programs

Worth interface ever. Hard to find what you were just watching, algorithms are terrible. For example I watch ‘I’m a celeb’ you’d think the ‘ima celeb unpacked’ show would come under ‘because you watched I’m a celeb’ but no… no where to be seen. Same when I watched big brother. I hate it in all honesty - resent accidently paying one month for no ads after my free trial. Sort it out itv - you’ve been around a lot longer than Netflix/prime!!!

Also way too many ads - before. After and during - it’s insane !!!!! It’s a shame because there’s been some great shows on itv, this is why people find other places to watch things 👀 I hope producers see these reviews and decide not to put them

Some decent progs to watch but unstable app keeps dropping and too much reality TV type rubbish. Of all my streaming apps itvx is the least used. I only wonder why advertisers allows their ads on such a poor platform!

Doesn't remember where I am up to in a series - Netflix takes me instantly to where I left off. Painfully slow to do anything (sometimes I just give up) although I am on super fast gigabit broadband. Just a very very poor user experience. This is in stark contrast to Netflix, Disney and Prime which are great. Will cancel.

Tried to watch today’s racing highlights. They’re often in some stupid obscure place on the platform but this time they were simply not there. This was Cheltenham races too!

Absolute rubbish!! I haven't watched for a long time as ITV hub was useless. Have given another try tonight with ITVX and it is even worse! It kept freezing up and going to a blank page and then you have to reset and then lose your place. (If it plays at all) There is some good content but impossible to watch. No point bothering. Worse app ever. ITVX you're a disgrace! Sort it out!
