I spent 50 euro on vape liquid , and arrived after a day and when I used any of them ,it had a weak flavour and just burnt the throat, got a new vape device because I lost the old one and still the same issue with , such poor quality compared to any of the other brands

I’m very disappointed with this…
I’m very disappointed with this experience. I ordered several 2400 vapes for store collection and received confirmation that the parcel had been accepted by DPD. However, shortly after, I was notified that the parcel was being returned to the sender.
After contacting DPD directly, I was informed that this was due to the parcel weight being incorrectly declared by the sender, meaning the courier could not accept the delivery.
This situation has caused unnecessary delays and significant inconvenience on my end. I would appreciate a clear explanation, along with a prompt resolution to ensure my order is correctly processed and delivered as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved for over a week, during which I had to repeatedly follow up just to receive updates. Due to the lack of progress, I eventually had to request a refund.
Based on this experience, I would advise others to consider purchasing these products through alternative sellers that offer more reliable and responsive customer service.

Constantly out of stock. For retailers, this is the worst brand for stocking because you can go months without IVG having products available at wholesalers. I would reccommend anyone who wants to try a new pod system or nic-salt to not get too attached to any IVG flavour.
