We’re really sorry to hear about your experience with your IVG SAVR device. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, especially for a brand you’ve trusted over the past year.

A device leaking from the bottom and draining so quickly after just 39 minutes of use is not typical, and we completely understand how disappointing that must have been. Particularly when you’ve previously had units last 36–48 hours without any issues.
