Great customer service

Have been ordering from the company for a few months no issues until I received a leaking refill.
Although it initially took some time for a response, once responded, the company confirmed replacement of my refill after sending photographic evidence. Happy with the service and will continue to place orders with this company.

The IVG 4 in 1 vape pen is 50% more expensive than the re-usable 4 in 1 vape pen from 88vape. I was under the impression that disposable vapes were now illegal.

Amazing customer service

You never really know a company & their ethics until something goes wrong, I was unlucky enough 2 get a dud batch of vapes but Melanie @IVG responded & acted with no fuss, the process was super quick, they were given order number & batch codes then sent out replacements within minutes, simply fantastic.
I gave up smoking 6mths ago, after 48yrs & tried so many vapes in the 1st month but kept going back & having a few ciggies a day but since discovering IVG I haven't had a single 1, which is testament to both the flavours & satisfaction whilst vaping with IVG.

What’s not to love?

Always prompt shipping. Love the product (currently on the IVG Pro), flavours are great and don’t leave any nasty aftertaste that I’ve had with other brands.
The customer service is off the chart.

1600 puffs not 10000 :(

The taste is great and the ivg pro is Simple to use. However, it seems like it is not fit for purpose and the description is false. The pods are supposed to last up to 10000 puffs. I understand it says up to and therefore may have some give or take but after purchasing another 5 pods I can definitely say I feel ripped off. After getting trough 3 pods already I can honestly tell everyone that they last less than 1600 puffs.

Having used the oxva slim for well over a year which tells you your daily usage, my usage is 300-400 puffs a day depending on what im doing and the 10000k ivg pro pods last me 4 days, this is terrible. I expected to loose out on maybe a thousand puffs not 8 thousand puffs. Not worth the money.

Our devices are rated for up to 10,000 puffs, but usage can vary significantly based on puff duration, frequency, and inhale strength. That said, getting only around 1,600 puffs is far below expectations, and we’d like to look into this further.

What an amazing company

What an amazing company, i only discovered them a couple of weeks ago (didnt realise they do the eliquids same flavour as the IVG Air), placed my first order, FREE delivery if you spend over £30, it was delivered the next day, Flavours are AMAZING, i have been vaping for 12 years now and the IVG flavours are THE BEST :)
Made my second order sunday, delivered Tuesday,
Good prices, Packed perfectly, Thank you IVG, keep up the good work, will deffo be ordering more :)

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! Had some issues with the Air 2-in-1 & a couple of them not working. However, I contacted customer service & they sorted immediately with a replacement. When had further issues, sorted immediately again, Melanie was extremely helpful, overall experience was great.

fantastic customer service

had a couple of problems with the ivg 2400 devices but after chatting back and forth with Melanie via email i was given the opportunity to try the new IVG Pro 10k and it is fantastic, the flavour of the pods is the best on the market and i would highly recommend them.

Loved this company untill they changed…

Loved this company untill they changed all juice to intense and ruined it I spoke to about 5 shops said lost sales because of it like smoking perfume I don’t no what planet your on changing it when people like me who can’t change is no without juice I’m so annoyed and won’t ever buy again

Had amazing service from Melanie at IVG after one of my vapes stopped working after only using 2 pods. She responded to my phone call efficiently, emailed me and sent a replacement vape. Thank you Melanie at IVG.

2 IVG Airs died within a week

I've bought 2 IVG airs in the last 2 weeks - both stop working as soon as you add a new pack of pods to them.
I followed all instructions, charged them correctly, and verified that the replacement pods for those supplied with the device were authentic via the QR code and scratch code on the back of the boxes and both end up constantly flashing red - regardless of charge and even when brand new pods are inserted.

Very disappointing as the flavours are great but overall a poor experience.

Ivg air massive improvement

Just purchased the new ivg air and I’ve got to say they’ve improved massively from the previous model , the new design will have ironed out any issues that the previous model had .

Only trick they missed with these new devices is that the pods are still in brown plastic if they were clear you’d be able to see how much each pod had left with the new design.

What has gone wrong?

IVG used to be decent e liquid but not anymore. I used to buy their iced grape flavour but just recently the taste has become disgusting. Really strong chemical taste. Also the bottle lids are impossible to open and I needed to use pliers to get in. Won't be using this brand anymore.
