Placed a bet on a game that was unaware it had a weather delay, told by live chat that if they didnât finish they would void my bet. Game didnât finish and no further play and didnât void my bet. Then was told the game played the full 90 minutes and accused me of lying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hi Chris,
Thank you for leaving a review and we're sorry to hear about your experience.
We take the quality of our customer support seriously and the experience you've described â receiving conflicting information and then feeling accused of dishonesty â is not the standard we expect from our team. We would like to investigate this fully, including reviewing the live chat transcript.
Please contact us directly at support@ivybet.com referencing your account and the specific bet, and we will ensure this is looked into properly and that you receive a clear and fair response.
