I have used JAM for 7 years and its excellent.

The overall service and respond times to queries and questions has exceeded expectations. We have the bespoke service and nothing has been too much trouble.
The staff present the perfect first impression for our company. It is the first time we have used an external service like this before and its been fantastic.
The online portal gives you all the information you need to manage your calls.

Probably about year 5 for us. Overall very happy, most operators are accurate in their message taking with a very few exceptions. Always polite to our callers which is a vital factor.

We have tried using a few call answering services in the past, and have been using JAM and their answer service for nearly 10 years now as both an overflow and out of office call answering facility.
We cannot fault the service and the team at JAM always act professionally and courteous towards our clients and prospective clients when taking messages for us. The online dashboard is clean and easy to use, and makes a great addition to their operation.

JAM service is easy to use and is reliable. The portal makes setting our contact status really easy. Receiving both text & email notifications means we never miss any important calls. The customer support team are really helpful whenever I have a query. I feel confident our phone is being answered professionally in our absence.

I've used their phone answering service for many years which I would highly recommend. Very professional staff answering the calls and the control panel interface is brilliant as well.

We've been using JAM's answer.co.uk service for approaching a decade now. It does what it says on the tin, consistently and reliably. They take our overflow/out of work hours calls and take a message.

The answering system just works. Messages are taken an passed on promptly and most junk calls seem to be filtered out. I've had many comments from clients (who actually speak to the operators) that they are very professional.
