Been using call jam now for quite a few years and have received excellent service throughout.

We've been using JAM for our answering and call overflow service for approximately 8 years now. What really impresses us is the quality of the staff employed by JAM and their ability to think and make judgment calls when an extremely important call comes through.
I can't think of one negative, their service is superb.

Fab ongoing service!

I have used answer.co.uk for some years now and as a "one mand band" its essential to have a decent answering service. Clients are often impressed with the speed that I call them back after they have called the office! With the duplication of text and email it doesn't matter if you are in a bad 3G/4G area as the text gets through immediatley.
