Pleasant staff, good product range, competitive pricing!.

Very helpful, lovely guys! Had to bring 6 boxes up to the top floor for me, but no complaints only smiles! Really, really appreciative of the service :)

Very good pricing and excellent customer service.
There was a delay in delivery that I don't believe was the fault of James Lane.
However James Lane people were prompt and thorough in their follow-up and communication.

The team were wonderful

The delivery team were so amazing! What friendly guys! So helpful, even with a fault they helped with the process and the person at James Lane was helpful and explained the claim process quickly and efficiently.

Great communication, the 2 guys on the job were very good called to let us know when they would be there. Delivery went smoothly, thanks 😊

The lady we dealt with on a Sunday at North Lakes was so lovely and very helpful. We had never been in a James Lane Store before, will definitely tell our friends about the beautiful lounges etc they have :)

I went to a store to buy two beds. I was out of region so they weren’t able to give me a price for delivery on the spot and said they would call me on Monday. I never got a call and I had to follow up. I missed out on purchasing during the sale so now I won’t be buying from them. The service in store at the Logan Super centre was good but the follow up was terrible.

I am happy to provide photos showing how my 10-year-old and I were able to bring the box inside ourselves without having to remove the couch from the packaging, contrary to what your delivery staff suggested.
Frankly, I found the service extremely disappointing. The delivery team was unwilling to make a reasonable effort, and their conduct came across as lazy and unprofessional. Considering that I paid a delivery fee, it is unacceptable that I effectively had to complete the job myself.
Given the inconvenience, poor service, and the fact that the delivery I paid for was not properly carried out, I believe compensation is warranted. At a minimum, I would expect a refund of the delivery charge, and I would appreciate your consideration of additional compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Never Again The couch took much longer to arrive than promised. The delivery date written on the receipt was missed by a further two weeks, and throughout that period I received no proactive communication or updates from the company. I had to constantly call to find out what was happening.The delivery service was even more frustrating. I paid for delivery and the team arrived with three boxes, one of which was larger. Rather than making a reasonable effort to bring it inside, they claimed it would not fit through the doorway because the box was the same width as the door. This was simply an excuse. I have previously had much larger items delivered to the same unit, including a double-door fridge, without any issues.The delivery team lacked both professionalism and basic problem-solving skills. They appeared unwilling to take the extra effort required to tilt the box and carefully manoeuvre it through the doorway. Instead, they chose the easy option and left the product outside my unit.This made the delivery fee a complete waste of money and created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The entire experience, from the delayed delivery to the poor service, was chaotic and unacceptable.Never again. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.

Very pleasant shopping experience and quick delivery

We bought a 3 seater and a 2 seater lounge back in 2022. The cushions have always been bad. We have reached out a few times but they say it's normal. Theres more feathers on the floor and back of couch then in the cushions. Won't buy from these guys again.

James Lane reviewed my warranty request and the photo I originally sent. They called it “feather leeching,” station ""minor unevenness, small amounts of movement, and the occasional feather escaping." The photo shows a large spill of feathers, nowhere near minor. I asked for a partial refund, and they said they’d update me today, but I haven’t heard anything yet.

Ashlee from their team was kind and understanding. Although we didn't agree on the issue at hand we came to a conclusion which felt fair. I would consider them going forward based on this experience. Thank you Ashlee.

Perfect boys very polite

This is the second Como couch I have bought from Maroochydore James Lane store and David provides great knowledge and customer service, very relaxing experience. I first bought the 3.5 seat sofa a couple of years ago and yesterday I added the single armless chair. These are the most comfortable sofa’s I have had or tested.
I definitely recommend any of the Como range, I also have a change of colour linen cover that I bought from this store. I washed the original and it came up beautifully.

If I could make it zero I would. The arrogance of the manager at their Helensvale store was only surpassed by his complete lack of any sort of customer service. There are plenty of other organisations around this area willing to look after you, do yourself a favour and avoid this business like the plague that it is.

I had an outstanding experience with James Lane in Adelaide mila end. The staff was incredible and delivered an awesome experience! They were all very helpful Gavin was awesome as well as his supervisor I think her name is Ally. I couldn t be happier and definitely recommend and will shop again!

The delivery team went above and beyond to ensure that our furniture was delivered and unpacked safely. They also ensured that all packing material was cleaned up and disposed of in the right way at the end of the job. We are very grateful for their hard work and professionalism.

Customer service is fantastic and very prompt. The delivery guys were super nice and arrived on time.
