I used Jasmine Holidays to organise a trip to Vietnam in 2019 which was fantastic, so when I was planning a trip for 5 adults to India 2023 I went straight back to the company and yet again they did me proud.
I like the way that the holiday was tailor made to my requirements. With their expert guidance I was offered various hotels to choose, locations, tours and flight options. We spent the right number of days touring and the right number of days relaxing. The Golden Triangle schedule was hectic so some days we adjusted the timings and adapted it to suit us, it was perfect to have that flexibility. There were certainly plenty of WOW moments in the tour with some of the buildings and monuments that we were shown. It was reassuring that the representative in India contacted me at the end of each day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was very impressed by the service from all the guides, staff and drivers that accompanied us on our journey, truly excellent. Every thing went according to plan, I really can't praise them high enough and would have no hesitation in recommending Jasmine Holidays. I will definitely be using them again.

This was the first time we had used Jasmine Holidays but it won't be the last. Luke created a fantastic itinerary for us and made a number of changes until we found the best trip to visit Cambodia, Vietnam and Bangkok. We had a lot crammed in and were exhausted when we got home but all 4 of us ( 2 adults and 17 and 22 year olds) had the most incredible time and saw so many different things, learnt so much and fell in love with this part of the world.

Jasmine used Exo Travel for all of the trips across Cambodia and Vietnam which were fantastic quality. All of the guides were superb and had really good English. I'm sure I haven't got the spellings correct but Pyear, Do, Ken, Emmin (Cruise trip), Hong and Duc were fantastic and have left a lasting memory with us all.

We had a private vehicle for every trip and the guides were always on time and we felt incredibly safe with them, despite the madness of the mopeds everywhere and it seems that green means go, amber means go and red means go!

Before we went we were sent a link to download an app with our itinerary on, which was fantastic as it had all the information we needed and didn't need to connect to the internet so we could check on timings etc at any time of the day and no matter where we were. This was also great for the guides who all checked on our next flights for us and kept us up-to-date with everything.

Both Luke and Phillipa were really helpful and I can't recommend Jasmine holidays enough. If you want to explore South East Asia with confidence that you will have a great trip have a chat with Jasmine Holidays as the created a fantastic itinerary for us.

We have recently returned from a trip to Borneo and Indonesia, which Jasmine organised for us. It was spot on. Everything met our requirements, from the excellent hotels,brilliant trips,to the local guides. We booked with Jasmine on a number of occasions in the past, and will have no hesitation to do so again.

Jasmine Holidays....not a company we would recommend! Severe lack of communication,especially from the owner! After breaking an agreement from a booking pre covid....book a holiday with us anywhere, no time limit to spend your depost held in trust with TTA. So we tried to book a week away in Europe for May as advertised on their web site, only to be told no European agent,only supplying longhaul flights. But you are advertising Europe!! ( Now taken down). So what happened to this agreement! Emails were sent again to TTA, the travel association Jasmine belong to, as they had been involved with this agreement. They tried, but they were unable to help anymore, as they were not getting any response either, so they advised us to go to arbitration. A detailed file of emails, WhatsApp messages, mostly unanswered, etc was sent and pleased to say we were awarded our case. Yet again arbitration were having difficulty getting a response from Jasmine, till TTA urged Jasmine's owner to respond under his TTA agreement. Checking our emails/spam everyday, eventually one came straight to our inbox asking for Bank details to refund, we replied straight away. However, yet again it took a good few more weeks of constant chasing emails back and forth by arbitration, but at last refund and arbitration fee repaid. We went back to a company we have used 3/4 times before, to book a holiday to Dubai. 100% customer service satisfaction! No-one is going to take our money and then break an agreement! We were not going to go away Jasmine!

Once again, an absolutely superb holiday organized by Tom at Jasmine Holidays. For anyone who has not come across this company before, please be assured that they offer the best, most professional and reliable service possible. I remember being hesitant in my first booking with Jasmine Holidays especially as (being the hardest taskmaster and completely pedantic!) I had been tasked by my future daughter-in-law and son to organize their Honeymoon and therefore, felt the onus was on me to make sure it was perfect! I contrasted the cost and service provided by Jasmine Holidays with many other travel consultancies including those who are regarded as “top of the field” and those which are well known for winning travel awards. However, it quickly became apparent that Jasmine Holidays offer a faultless service. Nothing is too much trouble, bespoke holidays completely catered for with care and attention, their suggested holidays wide-ranging and every question answered both quickly and with clarity.
We have just returned from a much anticipated (and awaited due to Covid!) tour which embraced Thailand, Laos and Vietnam. Eight flights, lots of transfers, multiple guides: every section of this extensive holiday was a sheer delight and everything running so smoothly that my husband suggested it was as if we were “whisked on a magic carpet” to the next section of our trip.
Tom is to be applauded for his utter professionalism, his helpful manner and his attention to detail. We cannot thank Jasmine Holidays enough and would encourage you to book through them in future.

We appreciated all your advice and your first-hand knowledge. And all the work that went into giving us everything (and more) we wanted. We couldn't have done it without you (and if we did it wouldn't have been half so good! And the boutique hotels you chose for us in Cambodia were superb, as were the guides.
Pandaw was amazing. The crew were so friendly and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. They did everything possible to ensure we had a good time. And we had a great group of fellow travellers. I would say it was a trip of a lifetime but then so was our previous trip with Pandaw!

This was the second time we'd used Jasmine. Having put together a great month in Japan/China for us in 2019, we were happy repeat customers when we wanted someone to string together a round-the -world trip with detailed arrangements in Vietnam and Singapore in particular.
Throughout they were excellent, Tom in particular. The trip was well-designed to start with , and then they dealt very effectively and efficiently with the disruption caused by Covid. Throughout the trip they were responsive and on the ball.
They're an excellent tour operator and we'd have no hesitation being customers for a third time.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday arranged through Jasmine holidays. There was a small hiccup that was sorted out in such a way that it actually added to the holiday - well done and thank you. Any query we had was quickly and efficiently dealt with at all times.

Amazing holiday to Vietnam, so well organised. Very quick response to any queries, would definitely use again.

Holiday of a lifetime!

I had been researching for a while to be able to do a South African safari and beach holiday but I couldn’t find something in our price range or something that wowed me. I looked up several places I’d seen online/ social media and sent an email to jasmine holiday, I let Tom know our budget what we was looking for ect and he did not disappoint, he made some fabulous suggestions as some places online are not what they seem! And this holiday really was a holiday of a lifetime and so much more than we imagined! It was complete stress free with an app with all our documents and day by day itinerary. I’ve already emailed Tom about our next trip and we haven’t been back in the Uk for 24hours yet! Please don’t hesitate with booking with jasmine holiday’s you will not be disappointed!

Another amazing holiday organised by Jasmine Holidays. Tom organised a bespoke tour of Costa Rica for my husbands 70th birthday, we had a fantastic time. The tour was well organised, gave us some free time each day and we saw the most amazing scenery and wildlife. Thanks Tom for another brilliant holiday

we have just returned from our holiday ,booked prior to the pandemic. jasmine kept to the itinerary and with no change to the cost despite the two year delay.
the lodges ,hotels and all transfers were excellent.
transfers were carried out by Travel excellence ,who were outstanding. there drivers were professional ,courteous and always on time. thank you Tom

We have used Jasmine Holidays for the last 8 years for my travel needs. It is wonderful to speak to a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable person and not just book on line. Usually, the person you speak to is consistent and even if the person dealing with the booking is not available they will call back as arranged. Even during the pandemic with cancellations and changes the service has been professional and efficient. Monies have been returned promptly with no fuss. A special thank you to Tom for his care and attention to detail. Excellent service and I shall continue to use Jasmine Holidays

I have just booked a multi centre holiday with Jasmine
and due to circumstances made numerous changes
including dates and destination.
Tom is not only very knowledgeable but always happy to help and find the best solutions available.
I have used many travel companies in the past but up to now none better than Jasmine if you count service, quality and pricing as benchmarks.

What can I say about Jasmine Holidays? Simply brilliant does not seem to capture the experience and service Jasmine provides, well actually it was Sonia but Jasmine by association. I requested information from various companies to quote on a multi-destination holiday and Jasmine were the only ones to quote for what I wanted.
We wanted to do a South African safari experience followed by sunning ourselves on an idyllic beach in the Indian Ocean.
Sonia put together the best experience ever. Business class flights, 5* accommodation, upgrades to internal transfer flights, personal concierge in Mauritius and even arranged for the hotel to decorate our room when we arrived as it was my birthday along with a little birthday cake with sparkler. When we landed at Mauritius, we exited the airport by the wrong route so missed our transfer connection but one quick WhatsApp message to Sonia and everything was sorted. She even called me to guide me to where I needed to be.
I have said before but will say again, Gateshead to Guatemala, Huddersfield to Hawaii and Newcastle to New Zealand, my first stop will be Jasmine Holidays and in particular Sonia without whom we would not have had the holiday of a lifetime........up to now....

We have now enjoyed two holidays that were arranged by Jasmine Holidays and we were absolutely delighted with both.
For our first holiday we went to Vietnam and Cambodia. The team at Jasmine holidays were very helpful and we were able to "mix and match " elements of our trip thanks to their expertise and ensure that we got the mix of locations that we wanted. I then priced up the different elements through on-line booking websites but the price that Jasmine Holidays gave us was much cheaper than I could get by direct booking. The service that they arranged in Vietnam was superb!
So two years later, when we decided that we wanted a holiday to Malaysia we used Jasmine Holidays again. I am pleased to report that their service was again excellent. They were so helpful in helping to decide which locations and hotels to chose. Their communications and processes have been easy and we feel that we got a very good service at a good price.
We shall use again.

We arranged a tour of Sri Lanka back in February with Jasmine Holidays. We couldn't find the exact itinerary we wanted from any tour operator but Tim at Jasmine listened to what we wanted to see and the type of hotel we wanted to stay in, ie small boutique hotels and put together an amazing tour, taking account of our budget.

The holiday went so smoothly and the hotels recommended to us were just as we'd hoped, in fact most exceeded our expectations. Our driver was always on time, knowledgeable, courteous and just a lovely chap!

I'd like to thank Tim for his patience with us whilst arranging this - always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and allay any fears we might have had prior to going.
