These guys will almost certainly send the wrong shoes...read all the reviews here and on Productreview.com.au
If they do acknowledge THEIR mistake they'll then hold you to ransom regarding a refund.
I have to return a crappy pair of kids sneakers (worth about 1/3 what I paid for mine) before they will process my refund.
You have to fill out forms etc.. and go to the post office, during a Covid Lockdown, no less and then wait days for the shoes to arrive and then more days for the processing and then obviously more days depending on which bank you're with blah blah blah.
If they'd have this many processes in place to dispatch goods they probably wouldn't be in this position. I don't think I have seen so many poor reviews.

Two and a half weeks ago I ordered black ASICS from Jd online as a gift for my brother. After a week of not hearing anything I reached out to JD customer service to get an order status update and did not receive a response. I followed up to my request (now at the 2 week mark) and have been informed that the shoes were actually sold out in Aus and they have requested the shoes to be sent from the UK pending dispatch. I am appalled to say the least. It took JD 2 weeks to inform me that the shoes were sold out in Aus AFTER I had chased them for an answer. According to JD the shoes have not been dispatched and will take approximately 12 days after dispatch to be delivered. I have requested a refund that was denied as according to JD I have to wait until I receive the shoes and then I can take into one of the stores (which are closed during lockdown) or Mail at my expense to one of the facilities. Absolutely ridiculous, never have I ever shopped with such a crap company.
Really disappointed

2 very disappointing experiences so far so there will not be a third.

Purchase Two pairs of asic’s gel 360 in store ($440 total) light grey sneakers were last stock, one shoe clearly had marks and a worn stick price on the insole. I believe l should of been advised of this as one shoe is used and handled. ( l would of chosen a different pair)

Second disappointment today l purchased a pair of Jordan 1 mid ( triple white ) extremely happy to have been fortunate enough to finally purchase the pair.

Received an email of confirmation orders confirmed.

Only to receive an update email YIKES! WE’VE HAD TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

JD Sport, l understand mistakes happen, so take this as an opportunity to improve your service so the it doesn’t happen to any foe your customers.

Just about the worst customer service and company I've ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered two pairs of shoes-arrived within 4 days, yep that's awesome right? Nope, one pair arrived the other missing, and the one that did arrive was the incorrect size. I've tried emailing them, its been a week and I haven't got a single response from them. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere, this company sucks

Do not order from them online. Order was "lost" I even followed up with Aus Post. Unresponsive to even absent customer service phone. Total calls +200 to the their advertised number. They offered to return the money but then added an extra 14 days to be processed (still haven't received the refund). Worst ever experience, never again.

Absolute worst company , sent part of the order but no shoes , trying to get a refund they say was done on 25/6 , should be in my account in 3-5 business days , now on 6 th business day and no sign of refund , this was a young boys hard saved money they are keeping

SCAM! NO SERVICE! NO SUPPORT!

I ordered a tracksuit and some adidas NMD sneakers. A pair of adidas slippers and Tommy Hilfiger shoes arrived (neither were ordered).

It's been 5 days and 'JD Customer Service' has yet to reply to any of my messages regarding the incorrect delivery and the whereabouts of my items.

AU$150 down the drain. Will never deal with them again. This has to be a scam.

Considering you spend $220 on collector shoes, you expect the box to be in good condition and shipped in a shipping box. Nope... They ship expensive shoes in a satchel. Box arrived squashed.
First and Last time I order from JD.

classic scam waiting a new sneaker head who want to spend his hard earn money on new pair.after they take your money you will not received either the sneakers or refund your cash.someone should take legal action against JD-SCAM at once.never buy from JD NOTHING.specialist in stealing on line.AGAIN NEVER AND NOTNING FROM JD.

Item never received. Tracking number they gave me did not even exist with the provider they gave me. When I asked for refund no one would reply.

It's alright. Nothing about them really stands out. But not as bad as others described from my experience

Op 19 februari €220,- van mijn creditcard afgeschreven voor de gewonnen yeezy boost 350 ash stone. Nog steeds niks verzonden. Track en tracé geeft aan dat het pakket nog niet bij DPD ontvangen is. JD verteld het verzonden te hebben. Ik wil mijn geld terug. Wacht al meer dan een maand op schoenen. JD reageert nergens op, niet op mail, op messenger wordt me alleen maar na de track en tracé verwezen en dat ik moet wachten. Echt heeeel erg slecht. Bestel er NOOIT meer.

In store customer service is bad, employees huddle together and talk and don't bother helping customers. Online service is also bad. They take your money and later tell you product is not in stock, taking several days to get refund

24th October 2020, money is taken out of my account as a verification for YEEZY 350 V2 raffle entry (it is stated that if unsuccessful, the money should be back in my account in 3-5 business days).

November 1st 2020, I contact JD Sports Australia and enquire about the payment reversal, once again it is repeated that it will take 3-5 business days.

November 4th 2020, I contact them again as it has been well over 5 business days and my money is nowhere to be seen. I’m now told that I have to file a dispute with PayPal just to receive the money back, so I do so on the day.

November 9th 2020, I contact asking when I can expect to receive the money as it has now been 16 days since the pre-authorisation payment was deducted from my account. I’m told I have to "wait for PayPal to resolve the case” which is a blatant lie. I’ve dealt with PayPal many times, and it is JD’s responsibility to respond to the dispute, which they had not. I’m then told I have to wait 3-5 days from the date of filing the dispute (4th of November) until I get my money (either the customer service has no knowledge of how PayPal disputes work or they have deliberately lied). They continue saying it’s on Paypal’s end, and talk to you as if you are a moron. Little do they know PayPal has a feature showing the progression of the dispute which clearly outlines that JD Sports Australia have been contacted but have had no response to the dispute.

Fast-forward to November 13th 2020, There has still been no progression on the dispute and I’m left with no choice but to go through my bank and issue a chargeback as JD Sports Australia quite literally appears to be scamming me. It has now been 20 days since the money was withdrawn (almost 3 weeks) and it is still nowhere to be seen after originally being told it would take 3-5 business days. I would advise anyone to tread carefully when doing business with JD Sports Australia, as if you have any concerns, the customer service lack the necessary skills and knowledge to help. I have no ill-intentions with this review, I would just like to inform others about what they are getting themselves into and would just like my money back.

Update: November 13th 2020 9:50pm, dispute was closed in my favour, the funds will appear in my account in up to 5 days. Not sure if it was as a result of this review or not.

Culture Kings is much better!!!

I ordered 2 orders from JD a few days apart. My first order was missing my Nike airforces. Package wasnt even sealed Properly.

Then my second order came, it was also missing half the items. Pathetic. They took my money then tell me it’s out of stock. NEVER AGAIN! Absolute Scam. The stuff is probably fake too. I wouldn’t be surprised. I’ll stick to culture kings from now on. At least they have express shipping and you get what you ordered.

I have since my last review placed a few orders with JD Sports. I am disappointed to say that on one occasion they failed to fulfil my order and now for a second time the UK warehouse seems to have no clue that I placed my order 10 days ago now - and it is not exactly a cheap order either.

For the money that JD Sports charge, they really should at least get their customer service (especially fulfilment) spot on.

I am thus downgrading them to two stars until they can show me that they are serious about customer service.

They are reliable and ship quickly even during COVID. However their range of football fan gear is rather uninspiring and their prices are very high.
