DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! it's a SCAM... spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I paid 220AUD for a pair of sneakers. As soon as i opened the parcel plastic bag and saw the box, I immediately knew they were FAKE before opening the box with the shoes in it. Guess what? I WAS RIGHT....THEY WERE FAKE...FAKE...FAKE....glue all over the shoes, grey material that is supposed to be black, the shape was weird, it didnt fit, yet it was my actual NIKE shoe size....legal action needs to happen as they are scamming people.

Misleading for raffle purchases - unable to exchange for store credit or refund. Claims to be in T & C but was so tiny, also not on your website under refunds. You have to click about 50 links before it is in a tiny print saying no refunds for raffle. They do this on purpose so 'technically' it's all on their website but you will never be able to find it before making a purchase. My first time purchasing via JD Sports and will never purchase again regardless of a raffle sale or not.
Disgusting of your company.

Bought Nike Air Max 97 (white) online from the warehouse. They arrived scuffed, stained with stitching frayed. Brought them to my local JD sports and was told that warehouse stock are shop returns/rejects. They didn't want to change them for a new pair even though I paid $250 and received second hand shoes. Held my ground and insisted on a new pair. Will never buy from them again.

Disgusting service before purchasing delivery 3-5 days after payment has gone through 10 days delivery worst company won’t be getting my money ever ever again

I received a paid of childrens nike sneakers and also nike slides, both in size8. The slides were 2cm shorter when measuring the insole of the sneaker with the slides. There was a sticker on the sole of the shoe saying it was a size 6. The customer service person said I was wrong and they were the correct size even though I explained they were 2cm shorter in length. She advised you sometimes need to size up in slides but that the fault wasn't on their end and I could return if I wanted but that I was responsible for postage. The size was absolutely incorrect, regardless of what any labels said. They were not prepared to provide measurements to me to prove the discrepancy. Very disappointing customer service and I won't be buying anything from jd sports again.

Appalling customer service online but far worse from their Hay St, Perth store. Tried calling them literally more than 80 times to check if they had stock and not one call was answered. When I went into the store (Fri 21/7, 12pm) and queried why the phone isn’t answered, an extremely rude female on the “customer service” desk said “I haven’t heard that ring in ages”. There was no apology - just absolute rudeness. Would never purchase anything there again.

Spoke to someone who had no interest in helping rectify an issue caused by JD Sports.
Returned shoes as wrong ones supplied, re ordered to avoid them being sold out and sent same shoes.
Told now even thought there is a return form with the shoes where "Incorrect item" is on the form I should have called to get free postage return. Now I only get a credit for 1 pair or shoes. Go to a real company like Nike or Footlocker.

This is a harsh review. I’ll give 5 stars for the 1% of staff that are helpful and 0 stars for 99.999999% who stand around rolling their eyes and chatting to the work mates whilst customers are waiting. Whilst not entirely JD’s fault, the type of clientele this store attracts is why I now refuse to shop there. Kids running around the shop littering, men vaping in shops, etc. I feel sorry for the ‘good’ staff and security working there. It’s a bloody jungle quite frankly.
I’ll credit JD for actually responding to customer complaints though.

These scammers advertise Air Jordan’s they don’t have in stock. I think a complaint to to the ACCC is in order albeit they are toothless tigers.

Why do they not tell you that some of the shoes you purchase actually need to come from the UK?! I would have never purchased them as I needed them weeks ago! Be more honest about where the shoes are coming from and rough time frames.
Also, the app and desktop sites on mobile are terrible. Always so glitchy. Have given up so many times.
Disappointed as I an usually a regular shopper.

I went in store and ordered some trainers on their tablet. Trainers made it from the UK in under a week. Arrived in Brisbane on the 25th of Feb, no delivery in a week or 2, I ring and ring and ring, same sort message. Wait longer, there is delays. 4 weeks go by, still no response. Ring again they've escalated it to the manager. No update on shipping. 2 more weeks nothing, ring again, few days later.

Your trainers have "been lost in transit". 2 months it took them to find that out, only after my persistent chasing up.

Now I have to go back to the store and get my refund. I've had no reply from my response to their emails.

I've been extremely inconvenienced by the whole process, I've injured my foot having to wear old trainers for months longer than I expected.

Never dealt with such unprofessionalism, and not even a hint of a gesture of good will.

Avoid this whole company, I'm not the first nor will I be the last.

Glitchy website. Glitchy app. Slow dispatch. Terrible customer service. Not much else to say...
The Southland store has some lovely people working for them but the selection isn't great.

Unglaublicher Kundenservice. Nach 5 wöchiger hinhaltetaktik, unzähligen zeitraubenden emails mit duzenden Mitarbeitern, wird die Reklamation ohne Begründung abgelehnt. Auf eigene Kosten kann ich ja die Schuhe gerne nach England zu einer zweitmeinung schicken. Gehts noch? Die Schuhe sind 7! Monate alt und reißen beidseitig direkt an der Naht ein. An beiden Schuhen an der selben Stelle. Hochwertige Schuhe die nach 7 Monaten Schrott sind und in der Tonne landen. Das ist der allergrößte Saftladen und das werde ich so nicht akzeptieren!

We purchased 2 pairs of shoes and after 3 months the gel soles of one are falling off and the other is coming apart at the join on the top of the shoe
We spent $280, walk 3 times a week and JD”s think this is an acceptable time for the shoes life and will not give a refund or replacement
It is appalling and I would suggest avoiding JD’s for any purchase as they have an unreasonable and unacceptable focus on the customers expectation and customer care

Fast, friendly service in chatswood store. Great staff!

Firstly, was not advised items were coming from the UK.
Secondly the time frame that the items took to be delivered is really disappointing.
Items purchased on the 6th of December, still not arrived for XMAS
Items have been in Australia and with the delivering partner since the 21st of December.
Many phones calls to your delivering partner, wait times over 1 hour 30 mins.
Advised that i would get email update from delivering partner ( NOT AUSTRALIA POST) still waiting email or updates
OVERALL PRETTY BAD, plus notw on XMAS eve need to go out and purchase other gifts - at extra cost to myself

Waited 45mins for a simple exchange of size.To be told I had to refund a pair that would take 5 days to clear,and purchase a new pair.Urgent streamlining of processes required.

Never again. Bought some running shoes for lockdown mental health here in New Zealand. But as advertised, JD sports NZ is not NZ is it, it’s Australia! But you don’t find that out until after you pay your money! And obviously I would not have bought them from Australia knowing they probably won’t arrive until next year! Still no sign.
What gets me is the underhanded way they did it, very low.
Well, they got the sale, but never ever again.

Very good customer service, I was assisted by Ahmed from Customer Care and he was very polite. He assisted me with my enquiry about my order and was quick and efficient.
