Efficient service and very reasonably priced. Carl is open and honest about what can and can’t be done. I’ve sent several items over now and each time they’ve been repaired to perfection. Highly recommended.

Needed some stone and clasp repairs to my engagement ring. H. Samuel quoted over £900, but this repair cost less than a quarter of that! Excellent communication throughout — everything was clearly explained, including what was essential now and what might be needed in future. Highly recommended.

Carl has just rhodium plated two yellow gold rings for me, they look brilliant and the whole service was great. I was kept in touch well on the receipt, progress and dispatch of my rings. I won’t hesitate to use Carl again for any other plating/repairs needed - thankyou

Sadly can't comment on expertise. Still waiting for response to enquiry several days later! We're ALL "busy"!! Maybe watch brand was too cheap to bother or repair not possible, but it would be useful to know. Have gone elsewhere.

Excellent. Sent 2 white gold rings for cosmetic repair and rhodium plating. They look like new on return and at a very reasonable price.

I had 3 items of scrap gold chains and 3 gold bracelets to be repaired. Some being rose gold.
No idea how but I found Carl and decided to send the items to see if he could repair and use the scrap items to reduce the cost.

So happy with the outcome of my jewellery. I sent off 2 rose gold rings to be yellow gold plated and they look absolutely beautiful.
The whole process was quick, smooth and I had them back safely within 3 days.
Cannot recommend Carl highly enough and will definitely be using him for future maintenance on my rings.

Brilliant service and quality of work. Sent my platinum wedding ring by special delivery on Monday and had it back by Friday the same week. Resized up and in perfect condition.
