I was I admit sceptical, sending a valuable watch strap to an unknown entity in Londinium town. Communication was superb, photos , laser welding really is impressive , polishing and the strap has no lag . Biggest mistake I’ve lost my springbars . Would Not hesitate to recommend , so looking forward to another 25 years with my strap

Fantastic experience and work by Martin at Swiss Refurb - Martin kept me updated regularly and sent me photos. Quick turnaround and amazing quality especially with my vintage jubilee. It’s like new. Cannot fault it and hard to find someone that really understands bracelets!

Martins did fantastic work on my bi metal jubilee bracelet. It now looks as good as new. He kept me informed and sent images of the work in progress. I would recommend Martins to anyone needing this kind of restoration.

I work in the industry so I can safely say the re-pinning work is absolutely 10/10. Bravo wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I now have a birth year watch with a bracelet that feels brand new!

Having worn my Rolex datejust daily for 25 odd years the gold and steel oyster bracelet was badly stretched and worn .
Martins did an amazing repair job on each link and for less than 1/3 the price of an exchange …and I’ve kept the sentimental original .
I didn’t trust deliveries where I live so went to the shop in Crawley . It was great to see that such craftsmanship still exists .

Martins was very helpful in describing the whole process from A to Z.
I arranged to deliver (I’m EU resident) the bracelet and after few days it was ready. Very quick turnaround and top service for a reasonable price.
