Jewellerychap レビュー

Amazing! Carl was super helpful and honest when communicating about my ring resizing. I wanted my ring sized down by quite a lot and definitely wasn’t expecting this result! My ring looks absolutely amazing, totally seamless and wonderfully shiny

Absolutely fantastic service. Very fast service. My ring looks amazing. Carl was very professional and extremely helpful. If you need any jewellery rodium plating I would highly recommend.

I was initially wary about posting my wedding and engagement rings off but the reviews on here gave me confidence and I'm so pleased with the result. Carl was quick and efficient and my rings look brand new! It was an easy process and a really reasonable price. I will definitely be using the jewellery chap again!

Just received my rings back from Carl had them plated with rhodium and cleaned really fast service and they are absolutely beautiful like new definitely recommend

I can’t thank Carl enough for the work he did on my engagement ring. I had been unable to wear it for almost a year due to being allergic to the nickel in the white gold. I spoke with Carl and requested my ring to be rhodium plated so I could wear it again. I sent off my ring and it arrived back very quickly and he’s done an amazing job. It’s been plated, polished and I’m so pleased to be able to wear it again. Great service and I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone trustworthy and professional to repair your jewellery.

What a fantastic experience - I sent my engagement ring to Carl, and he promptly responded with various options to replace the missing stone and other touch up options to make it as good as new. Very efficient communication every time, very reasonable price and the quality of the repair is brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough - thanks Carl! Will definitely be using your services again should the need arise

Wonderful service. Great communication, perfect results, who could ask for more.

Clear communication and my necklace looks good as new after gold plating. It's a very sentimental necklace to me so it's lovely to have it restored and looking great again. The postage instructions were all very clear and it came back to very well packaged.

Decent service overall. Communication was good, and the jewellery repair was completed without any major issues. While the work was satisfactory, it didn’t entirely exceed expectations for me. A solid option, but not exceptional.

Carl has just replated an eternity ring and rhodium plated 2 yellow engagement rings for me which had a lot of sentimental value. All 3 rings came back like new, they are lovely and I would highly recommend Carl.
All at a very reasonable cost.

I recently sent my 18-carat gold Edwardian 5-stone diamond engagement ring to Carl for a repair, and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Originally, it was just a prong that needed fixing (so I believed), but Carl quickly identified additional issues, including a crack and structural concerns. He explained everything clearly and gave me two options: an interim repair or a full remelt and reconstruction.

I opted for the interim repair, and the result is nothing short of spectacular. The ring came back looking practically brand new! Polished to perfection and beautifully reset. You’d never guess there had been any damage or unevenness.

Carl’s skill, professionalism, and attention to detail are outstanding. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my jewelry now, whether it’s for repairs, plating, or anything else. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. My 2 gold chains were repaired and returned by return post the next day.
Whole process was very clearly explained beforehand and I was kept in the picture at every point. Very impressed!

Posted my chain on Monday and received back in perfect condition on Thursday, what a fantastic service!

Sent 2 of my wedding rings to Carl to be rhodium plated. Fantastic service. Carl kept me updated throughout. I’m so impressed with how my rings look, there like new again. Will be recommending Carl to all my Friends and family. Top company. Thank you

I found Carl online after being told by numerous jewellers that my fine chain could not be fixed.
I was impressed by the prompt response to my quote request. I was impressed by the quote I received. I was also impressed with the communication from Carl.
I got my chain back today, less than a week after I posted it, and the repair was flawless! I am delighted that my necklace looks as good as new, repaired quickly at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this service and would definitely use again for jewellery repairs.

I went to so many jewellery shops trying to get what I needed done without success. So glad I found Carl on-line.
So refreshing to get such a positive experience. Will definitely send things for repair again and will tell my family and friends.

Superb service. Communication was the best I've experienced on the internet. Sent off my wedding band and had it resized on the same day of arrival. Had the ring back 3 days after posting.
