Just bloody amazing. I honestly cried when I got my jewellery back, It was fixed so well and Carl actually cleaned it up lovely. He has been an absolute pleasure to do business with and really good communication. Your jewellery can have a priceless value and I think Carl totally gets that. Top man and skills.

Good communication and super fast process. Over the moon with my ring which Carl re-plated gold. Found it very difficult to find someone to do it and Carl was very reasonably priced and very quick. I had it back and done within a week! Thank you very much!

I would recommend Carl 100%. I wanted a gold ring rhodium plated, he responded with a quote quickly. When I proceeded the ring was sent and returned in 3 this was because he was doing a rhodium run at the time. The ring was my Mum's Wedding ring it looks like new. I have not used any other services yet, if they are dealt with same professionalism your item will be perfect. I will be recommending Carl. A+

Carl has been helpful and prompt through all my dealings with him. He inserted a gold section into my wedding ring and it is near impossible to see where the addition has been made. Quoted less than half my local high street jeweller. I would recommend him highly

Excellent communication from start to finish. Very easy to deal with. Advised when my rings were received and I got them back within 5 days looking like brand new. Extremely happy with the service. I will definitely recommend to anyone and I will use this service again.

Wow! What an amazing service! So so much better than the high street jewellers. My wedding rings have come back sparkling after I stupidly didn't take them off when cleaning with chemicals!

Excellent service and communication

Quoted £600+ from a high street jeweller for fixing 2 broken claws and resting my diamond in my engagement ring.
This guy done all 4 claws, reset the Stone and polished etc for under £150.
Highly recommend! Communication via email was also excellent. Will definitely use again in the future!

I just received my wedding and engagement ring back from Carl, they're both perfectly cleaned and re-plated. Very quick service and significantly better priced than a 'high street' jewellery shop. Would recommend and will use again.

Excellent service! I recently sent my engagement ring for repair. It had lost a stone and had 3 damaged claws. I was kept updated, any questions were answered promptly and I was advised other claws needed re tipping as well. I received my ring back today and I am absolutely delighted with the result, it’s like a new ring! Great job and affordable price, tracked postage gives added security, would highly recommend!

Great service again by Carl, expert advise and perfect results. 3 rings in total have been resized and all fit perfectly, some having to have stones reset too. They look like new rings. I would recommend this guy to everyone. Thank you.

Carl provided a fast, efficient service. After my wife broke her chain, Carl quoted and repaired the chain within a matter of days.

I recently sent an engagement ring to The Jewellery Chap. It had lost a stone and the claws and body of the ring needed repairing. It has just come back and I am thrilled with it. This goldsmith is not only really talented but charges affordable prices. The tracked and insured parcel system means you feel safe to put items in the post.

Amazing service! I sent a necklace that I had been tangled for a long time, I did not realise it was broken and Carl untangled the necklace let me know what he could do to fix this at such a reasonable price. Just received today really happy with the outcome ☺️
