Carl was amazing, He communicated very well and I am chuffed with the repairs on my ring, it looks brand new! his advice was amazing too and he explained it well, the whole process was so straight forward too. 10/10 recommend

I was very let down by the company that sold a platinum chain to me - for my father who had bought me a platinum heart shaped pendant with diamonds. I was told that they could not repair my chain and to look for someone else to repair it or scrap it. Ahhh!
I sent it to Carl's company after an internet search involved in reading so many reviews on others until I found Carl before Christmas. I sent my chain in February for repair and within receipt of it, a week later it was repaired and returned to me and was reunited with my pendant. Very quick service and very informative about repairing chains or other items of jewellery including watches of which I have need of any magic that he can work on them. I used a camera strength lens and could not find any evidence of the two repairs. Just fantastic. Carl kept in touch by email and informed me of receipt and return and cost of the work to be done. I actually informed someone in the company who refused to repair my chain about the company that undertaken the superb work on my chain. I gave the email contact details to them and found them to be personally interested. Carl also told me in advance of the items that he did not repair.

Website very clear instructions. Swift turnaround on repairing gold chain. Got it returned in matter of days, and happy with result.

Carl Rhodium plated my wife's wedding and engagement ring, they look as good as new! he explained how his process is thicker than most so it will last longer. Great service, super speedy and fantastic quality.

Carl did a first class repair on my worn out sapphire diamond ring, now it looks beautiful and new again.

I am so pleased to have found Carl.
I needed to have my wedding ring resized which he did within a week.
Unfortunately I had asked for the wrong size but Carl then made a further adjustment to it and was returned a couple of days later!
He has done an excellent job both with the fit and appearance and kept me informed as to his progress every step of the way.
His expertise and customer service are second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs a jewellery repair etc.

I've used The Jewellery Chap several times now for many different repairs, ring re-sizing, rhodium plating etc and every time I receive my items back, always so promptly I'm over the moon!
