I am extremely happy with the service I received from Jigsaw Estates. Chris managed a difficult move with sensitivity which I appreciated massively. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful and their communication was great. I find this company different to your stereotypical estate agents in the best of ways and would highly recommend to anyone.

We’re extremely grateful to Jigsaw for their professionalism and service. Chris valued our property and unlike a lot of estate agents he gave us an honest opinion and one he knew was achievable. He didn’t give us an inflated estimate to try and get our business. We sold our house in the time frame he had suggested. After we had accepted an offer Nina at Jigsaw was so helpful and was there for anything we needed, we can’t thank her enough for her hard work. There’s no waiting around for replies to emails or call backs from these guys, they work their socks off for you. Thank you!

Jigsaw acted for the seller of the house we bought - from the very beginning we were really impressed with Richard Carter. He was knowledgeable and friendly, there was no hard sell but he answered all our questions and went above and beyond with our follow-up queries too. The whole process has been very smooth and easy, in no small part thanks to Richard and his team.

David and Nina have been incredible all the way through our first house purchase. They have made the process really easy and have been very friendly and approachable. Their communication is flawless and have kept us regularly updated throughout the process and are always on hand to answer any queries. Chris and Nina have been amazing with my house purchase. These guys are brilliant. Not just that they advertised our flat brilliantly and sold it in 3 days, or the low rates, it was everything else.

Chris was fantastic start to finish, the complete opposite of everything you hear about estate agents. Always on the ball, keeping us informed, chasing when necessary, just generally being highly competent. We also got great advice on which solicitors to use and a few other services during the process. Chris was also instrumental in getting us exchanged quickly, proactively chasing everyone’s solicitors on our behalf.

Can’t recommend highly enough, night and day difference vs any agents we’ve used in the past.

Chris Oakey was absolutely fantastic. He couldn’t be more helpful, and was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of our sale. He was always one step ahead of any potential problem, which made our selling experience completely stress-free.
