Absolutely avoid at all costs! No mention on their site that products are sent from overseas. Ordered 14 days before Christmas from a site that looked like it was UK based. Still waiting on delivery of the order and have a weird German based tracking notice so defintely won’t be here by Christmas. There are other UK based sites selling the same products but with higher postage… order from them because they are UK based and these time wasters are best avoided!!!

My order was confirmed 12/12. Still no tracking # or info and it is 12/23. They were supposed to be Christmas presents but oh well. I've not had the time to reach out to customer service Because Busy With Preparing For The Holidays, but I am assuming that will be a hassle, too. Order at your own risk. Cannot even attest to sock quality because I don't have them. Businesses like this is the reason Amazon is still used on the daily. Why support independent companies when they aren't reliable? If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My experience with Jimmy Lion is similar to others - mailing time!. Ordered socks on December 8. Tracking stopped on December 14 when the package entered the U.S. They didn't seem to know where the package went. I asked for a full refund since the socks were a Christmas present for my nephew and I had to go out and buy something else for him,

Fanno veramente schifo! È dal 4 dicembre che aspetto il pacco pagato 50 euro ad oggi non si ha notizia....sto contattando ogni giorno ma nessuno mi risponde se non qualche email dicendo che l'ordine non corrisponde alio indirizzo o che è fermo chissà dove. Sapete se c'è un modo per denunciare?

I ordered socks for a Christmas present (from the UK). Delivery is charged at £6 and the guideline given is 3-6 days. After 4 days of not hearing anything about my parcel delivery, I contacted customer services. I received no answer. I contacted them a further 3 times. Still no answer. I contacted them a 5th time to be told " Unfortunately, after checking with the carrier, they have confirmed the parcel has gone missing."

I have been offered a full refund and am concerned how long that will take.

This company is very good at a couple of things: marketing their fun+funky socks and taking your payment. Unfortunately, after payment has been taken, you’ll never see the socks, the communication is poor, the delivery of goods is non-existent and the customer services is poor. Avoid.

Would give a zero rating if I could. I’ve emailed customer service twice and no reply. Tracking link does not work. Do not waste your money. You will not get your merchandise in a timely manner.

Avendo letto delle recensioni negative avevo un po' paura quando ho fatto l'ordine. Alla fine però sono rimasta molto soddisfatta! I calzini sono belli, originali e sono arrivati in poco tempo.

Terrible. Es mi primera y última compra. Al hacer el pedido online, me doy cuenta que la dirección es incorrecta, por lo que rápidamente les dejo un mail contándoles lo ocurrido y dándoles una dirección nueva. Pasan 2 días y vuelvo a contactar sin éxito porque ni el chat que tienen en la web ni al correo contestan.
Cuando por fin consigo, tras muchos intentos, que me den alguna solución esto es lo que la que se supone que es "Customer Experience Specialist" - Macarena, me contesta: Lamentamos la demora y las molestias ocasionadas.
Debido al alto volumen de solicitudes que tenemos se van gestionando poco a poco.
Nos ponemos en contacto con la empresa de transporte para poder comunicárselo pero no lo podemos garantizar.

Es decir, que me joda. Que es lo que hay. No sé si es que al otro lado un mono tocando las panderetas que no se entera que la dirección no es correcta y que lo que tenía que hacer era cancelar el pedido. No sé, desconfianza y un chasco total.

No order, no response to any of my emails. Maybe the socks are cool but who knows because they never arrive. Buyer beware.

Don’t trust their delivery time mentioned on their website.
I ordered a couple of pairs and I’ve never seen such poor level of service. I reached the Customer service 3 times and received 1 answer after many email.
When you say delivery within 3-6 opened days, just don’t mention it on your website when you are not capable to do it.
It’s been since beginning of December that I’ve been waiting for my order (placed on the 4th exactly), and still haven’t received it.
The Customer service isn’t responsive except when they give you a tracking link for your order that hasn’t been updated for a week.

Also when a customer ask for a commercial gesture just don’t ignore her, this is just not the way to treat you treat people.
I am definitely not impressed by this company and will never order from them ever again.

Hice un compra hace 4 días donde se indicaba que la fecha de entrega era de 24 a 48 horas.
El estado del pedido figura como no finalizado.
Está cobrado desde el minuto 1 y recibí un mail de confirmación. Por lo que parece ni siquiera lo han preparado. He intentado contactar con ellos por los medios habilitos: chat, varios mail, web... pero nadie responde nada. No sé qué va a pasar con el pedido que es un regalo de Navidad. Me parecen muy poco serios. Es un servicio nefasto por no decir una estafa. Lo mínimo que pueden hacer es dar una explicación. Nunca más

A quien lea esta reseña, por favor, NO COMPRÉIS A TRAVÉS DEL SERVICIO ONLINE de esta marca. Hace 12 días hice un pedido que según sus normas de envío llegaría entre 24-48h y todavía no ha llegado. Nadie te atiende a través de sus canales de contacto, no hay teléfono donde poder llamar y reclamar, no hay dirección donde poder ir en persona a solucionar el problema que ellos mismos han generado, PERO ESO SÍ, DESDE EL MINITO 1 EL COBRO DE LA MERCANCÍA SE ME HA EFECTUADO.
Esto es una estafa en toda regla.

Malgré les mauvais avis, j’ai pris la décision de commander 5 paires de chaussettes pour un secret santa.
Chaussettes reçues en moins d’une semaine, très bonne qualité au toucher mais par encore utilisées/lavées puisque c’est pour offrir.
J’ai pris le paiement en 3 fois, peut-être que c’est pour cela que j’ai eu plus de chance à recevoir ma commande rapidement ?

Il mio ordine è arrivato a casa dopo circa 5 giorni. Tutto perfetto! Le calze sono esattamente come sul sito. Leggendo gli altri commenti sembra un sito truffa ma non è assolutamente stato questo il mio caso. Ricomprerò sicuramente sul sito!

Ho acquistato 12 paia di calzini con gli sconti Black friday! Sono arrivati nel giro di qualche giorno dall’ordine e mi sono piaciuti un sacco! Riacquisterò di nuovo sicuramente !

Non sono solita a scrivere recensioni su Trustpilot, ma sono solita a leggerle prima di acquistare qualcosa. Ho letto delle recensioni abominevoli su quest'azienda e che mi hanno fortemente scoraggiato nel proseguire con il mio acquisto, ma ho voluto dare una possibilità. Che dire? È andato tutto alla grande! Non capisco assolutamente tutte queste pessime recensioni. Ho fatto il mio acquisto giovedì sera con gli sconti del Black Friday. La mail con il codice di tracciamento è arrivata 3 ore dopo e il giorno dopo il pacco era già in viaggio ed è arrivato il martedì successivo: 3 giorni lavorativi, sotto Black Friday, cosa volete di più?
