(01/05/24) Anteriormente habÃa comprado y muy satisfecho tanto de la calidad como el diseño. Esta última compra (3 pares) en dos lavados uno de ellos ya se ha roto por la costura. A pesar de sus diseños chulos, la calidad no compensa.

Socks are great and lovely designs and arrived in no time at all, I was a little worried about the negative reviews but being Shipped from Spain and arriving the next day with regular updates was fantastic and couldn't fault the service

I bought 3 pair of socks from Spain. The shipping was fast as they said in the email:2 working days. The products are amazing! The size is just perfect for me and the quality is as I was expecting. I was worried for the bad reviews but my experience was just great!

Absolute nightmare company to deal withâŠâŠ
Absolute nightmare company to deal with, I actually think the return policy is a total scam. I ordered a substantial order prior to Christmas 2023. Despite numerous emails on my part, no communication until after Christmas when I was told the shipment was lost. Offered a replacement/refund, I accepted the refund, but no money in the account!
Days later, I was told my order had been located and despite my request to cancel (as again, Christmas had most definitely passed) I was just ignored.
Items eventually arrived second week in Jan 2024, therefore I contacted Jimmy Lion once again for return instructions.
They recommend you ship using tracking services which cost me nearly £20. Email specified that if I supplied my tracking number it would quicken my refund- total lie, as the next person I spoke to at Jimmy Lion knew nothing about that.
Anyway, fast forward to February 2024 (!) my package has just arrived again on my door step! Apparently the warehouse FAILED TO CLAIM my package and it has made it full circle back to me!
Obviously I contacted Jimmy Lion again, and final insult is they accept absolutely no responsibility for the chaos, no exploration of why they did not accept my order at the warehouse, nothing!
Iâm a sooooooo frustrated and just wish there was more I could do to get the message out to others that they do not deserve the business they get, based on their incredibly poor customer service and attitude.
Pretty good trick on their part though- if they just refuse to accept returns at their warehouse- I wish this could be looked into further.

Honestly, I was really scared reading all these negative comments about not receiving the products and an incredible bad customer service.
Maybe I was very lucky, but my order was delivered within less than one week. I received follow up mails, so I knew exactly where my package was.

Calcetines muy molones pero sistema de devolución inspirado en Atapuerca. Pésima gestión de las devoluciones. Piden al cliente que sea el que se desplace y page la devolución de artÃculos.
La comunicación y el marketing serán muy buenos, pero se han olvidado de trabajar la experiencia de compra del cliente. No solo escribo reseñas, sino que os doy la clave para mejorar. ¡Valgo un imperio!

- ofrecimientos de descuentos que no son tales, tÃpicos correos de disfruta este regalo por ser tú durante x tiempo... que resulta que a la hora de pagar , por ser tú ... no lo puedes usar.
- descuentos que se marcan , pero que a la hora de pagar ... se inhabilitan y se realizan cargos sin el descuento que si acabas de ver en pantalla.
- tiempo de envÃo muy largo. A pesar de todo esto , compré mi pack de calcetines para reyes, comprados el dÃa 1 de enero y no llegaron hasta el 8 de enero, obviamente un regalo inservible. Comentar tb que no creo que sea solo un problema del transporte a priori, ya que según pude ver en el estado del pedido , el mismo no fue recogido por la empresa hasta el dÃa 4...no sé quién falla
- Una vez recibidos, la verdad que me esperaba otra cosa, una mejor presentación , una caja para entregar, pedà 4 calcetines, esperando que vinieran en un pack , o en una cajita ... algo presentable , dado el precio de los calcetines.. y no.

I ordered a gift box for a friend, she wanted to exchange it since she preferred a different design. Their return/exchange policy is rubbish. They ask you to send the socks back to Spain at your expense (20 Euros in my case!) No exchanges even if you live near the store, which I do. Not having a reasonable return/exchange policy is a huge customer service fail!
Warning: single design socks are all left feet
The socks with single design are printed as left sock only. The company claims this is across the board. It looks like you couldn't find your right sock. If you want to return it, you are on the hook to mail them back to madrid spain, no shipping label provided.
Ha bajado mucho la calidad
Ha bajado mucho la calidad. Antes entregaban los packs con una bolsa de tela, ahora los calcetines van tirados directamente en un embalaje. Con un pedido de más de 80⬠me parece una tomadura de pelo y más cuando atención al cliente te contesta que ya no dan las bolsas por qué quieren ser más sostenibles. De verdad una bolsa de algodón reutilizable como la que dabais no es sostenible? Calcetines carÃsimos y encima ahorrando coste en pequeños detalles que hacÃan la diferencia y escudándose con el medio ambiente. No volveré a comprar ninguno más.
Long delivery timeline without given a heads-up
Took over 3 weeks to arrive... which would have been okay if i had been given a clue that it would take THAT long. Items were for a holiday -- missed that holiday by a week.
Socks are also quite thin.

Per niente seri e professionali
La serietà di un'azienda si valuta anche dalle politiche di reso. Che in questo caso sono vergognose: Ú tutto responsabilità dell'acquirente (compreso trovare un corriere a cui affidare il pacco); spese di spedizione molto alte (nel mio caso pari a metà della somma spesa) che vengono detratte dal rimborso indipendentemente si effettui una sostituzione o un reso. All'interno del pacco non Ú inoltre presente nessuna fattura/bolla di reso. Questo Ú il secondo ordine che faccio (il primo Ú filato liscio) ma non ne seguiranno altri.
Package stuck but got help from assistance
I placed an order before Christmas but for some reason the package got stuck in Madrid for 4 days. I did the error to read the reviews after the purchase so I panicked a bit and rushed to send an email + a comment on their Instagram page.
They were actually super kind and helpful, the next day I received an email from GLS with a new tracking and they delivered in 2 days. Socks are extremely beautiful and good quality.
Surely they could manage the shipping process a bit better and just give customers real shipping time. Iâll order again.

Like others, I ordered early for a gift, Dec 8th for me seeing my order would be delivered before the holiday. It didnât arrive and tracking useless. This was my gift to someone I couldnât replace because of financial issues so they ended up getting nothing thanks to this horribly ran company or scammers. Contacted customer service asking about order,no answer. Commented on their Facebook and they messaged asking for my order number. Then they sent an email saying they are looking into it. This seems to be a trend with them. I asked for a refund twice and nothing. This is unacceptable. It doesnât even matter where my order is or isnât,if anything was ever even shipped. They said before Christmas and say nothing about being out of the country. I want a full refund. Nothing else can fix this issue at this late of date. Do not order from them. They are horrible. Will be reporting to BBB too if the issue isnât fixed.
Terrible shipping
Had no idea that shipping would be from overseas when I ordered from Jimmy Lion US. Have been waiting patiently for my order which should have arrived by now, however, the only tracking info that is being shown is Departure to Destination Country for the past 6 days. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift which now means I need to find another gift at the very last minute. Asked for a full refund. Very frustrated and disappointed.
