the issue with the washing machine has being going on for a long period of time, someone comes out , says its fixed and it generally breaks again either the same day or the day after then we have to report it again and wait for someone to come out

Excellent Service!
Excellent service… Contacted service department to book engineer appointment due to fault with tumble dryer. The booking service over the phone and the experience was smooth and efficient. The service coordinator was polite and knowledgeable, to the point of suggesting possible solutions to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, the issue was more complicated and so an engineer was booked to attend during a suitable time. Overall, the process was straightforward and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

The engineer that came out was very pleasant to all the staff members that he spoke to. He was very knowledgable about the product he was dealing with and he explained what the problem was and what he had done to fix it.

we are a care home with one machine
we are a care home with one machine, called today as the machine not working properly even though we do have a contract we were told no engineers at moment but if something comes up we are the first ones which doesnt help at all with a long Easter weekend coming up hope it gets sorted ASAP as a care home we use it all the time.
