James was recommended by my builder and I am so pleased I took up the recommendation. James and his team did two bathrooms and new heating and plumbing for out new kitchen and were exception . James was always available if I had a quiery . My buikd was partly self managed and he made the plumbing process so much easier . I don't write many reviews but for James I am very happy to highly recommend them to any one ( which we have done already ) . Thanks James , Matt , Ryan , Julian . 10 out of 10

We self built a new low energy house and James was recommended to us. We could not have had better help and advice than James Matt and the team gave us. They installed the Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation ducting and Unit and the did a first class job on all of the plumbing for three bathrooms, WC, kitchen and utility. They were a real pleasure to work with, whenever a problem arose they would always find a solution. Hard working, tidy and unfailingly polite, I strongly recommend them

James and his Team did a fantastic job on our extension. They were professional and their work was of an excellent standard. We drew upon James’ expertise when there was an unforeseen issue and it was resolved with the minimum of fuss and with all stress relieved from me! Highly recommend!! Thanks James

Used James and his team to completely refit my mother's bathroom in her retirement flat. Did an amazing job - great attention to detail and a fabulous end result. The team were professional and tidy leaving the place in great order when complete. A number of Mum's neighbours have visited and commented on what a great design and finish the bathroom has. Our thanks to the whole team.

An excellent boiler service from James. Can highly recommend his professional, efficient friendly service.

I use James on most of my building projects.
His quotes are very clear and the process of having James & his team on site is very easy.
Problems are solved easily & promptly.
At the risk of them being too busy for my future work I’d highly recommend
J L Wellington Property Services.

We have used James for various plumbing needs over the years, and cannot recommend J.L Wellington Property Services highly enough. The latest job was the installation of a new boiler and new radiators. James and his team worked efficiently, tidily and politely. We would not even consider looking elsewhere for any future work.

We used J.L. Wellington Property Services for two bathrooms and a kitchen renovation and would highly recommend the team. We found them to be courteous, reliable and friendly whilst maintaining competitive rates. Their work is always completed to a high standard and we would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend James and his team, extremely reliable, hard working, very approachable and friendly. Our whole house has been renovated with new pipes, bathrooms, underfloor heating, new boiler, central heating and probably lots more ! All done to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and they have been there for us every step of the way. I would only ever use James and his team in the future.

Every time James and his team do work for me it is always to the same high standard. Nothing is too much trouble. They all work really hard, are very tidy and friendly. They turn up on time and keep me up to date with what is happening. I wouldn't use another plumber now. So good to have found him. Other members of my family have used this firm for jobs from servicing a boiler to completely renewing a bathroom and his work has been perfect. Really is the best plumbing business I know.

James and Matt did a brilliant job sorting our radiator out. We had a leak and needed someone quick and reliable so they managed to move some work around and fit us in.
I might just add they are extremely fastidious when running pipes etc, very neat.
I’ll will definitely use them again.

J.L Wellinghton property services are highly recommended. They have always been our first Point of call for either property refurbishments we have Been involved in. They are friendly, reliable and punctual. I’d highly recommend their services.

Fantastic service from James and his guys. The plumbing service provided by James is clean tidy and top quality work. An excellent company to do business with and we would have no problem in getting James to do work in our house again or recommending to any of our friends and family

James did some renovation works for me. Wow, so clean, professional and courteous. Works completed ahead of schedule with amazing attention to detail. Once again thank you James and team a very positive experience

We’ve recently had our garage converted by JL Wellington Property Services. From quotation to completion James and his gang have been very professional and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone in the team, they even managed to change our boiler at the same time! James’ attention to detail is second to none, every aspect of the job has been completed to a very high standard. In the future we won’t be looking anywhere else. I’d give more stars if I could!
