All my transactions reach the intended recipients without any issue. I would recommend this to anyone who need to send money to their personal accounts and love ones in Jamaica

Everytime I try to send money it's telling me I have no card on file this app is stupid it were approved by you all I still can't used why it's so difficult money gram is a snap of the fingers is not at any location all locations is fine

Staff in branch were very courteous and helpful. I went in for something they could not do but they assisted me to get it done elsewhere above and beyond their responsibilities. Follow up service was also available, quick and convenient.

Efficient, Effective and Useful
JN Money Brixton branch offers a comprehensive money transfer service to Jamaica. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very effective in how they assist customers. If necessary, they will explain the process of money transfer so that customer is left with no doubt about the process.

Exemplary customer service as always
Exemplary customer service as always. The staff were very cordial and courteous. I visited the below location on behalf of a client of mine. I was very pleased with the explanation and the information that I was given because I was able to advise and solve the issue that my client had. The security guard was on point and was also customer friendly.
